Good location, friendly staff, numerous facilities, good selection of food

Although large selection of food, not everything was equally appetizing

The hotel was exactly as expected:clean, great location, good facilities, close to the beach, great parking, lots of friendly staff, cool & cozy room, good breakfast & dinner, medical office on the property. In fact almost everything was perfect. Gluten free bread is available on request.

The only thing I found odd, not necessarily unpleasant was the fact that they weren’t offering plain water on dinner. All drinks were extra, which I knew when I made the reservation but I thought they were referring to alcohol and sweet beverages. To be fair if you went and asked for unbottled plain water at the bar the waiters would give you as much as you would like, but it’s odd it wasn’t freely available . This was only during dinner. During breakfast all beverages were freely available.

Very good location, good price/value for food. Good parking facilities, everything in the hotel is very easy to access. The spa and pools are excellent.

LOTS of people, overcrowded, huge queues all the time. Only for people who don't mind vacationing in a crowd. Maybe it is better off-season, I don't know.

Friendly staff, great location, inside and outside pool, clean rooms, easy parking, easy payment with room card and expenses overview through app in real time, check-out through app, playrooms for kids and teenagers, easy beach access.

Clean rooms, but still found a huge dead cockroach on its back next to the bathroom door and flushed it down the toilet. RIP. If you are used to 4 and 5 star hotels, the dinner and breakfast experiences are a bit underwhelming: waiting in long lines, average mess-hall food, gets boring fast (although freshly prepared). The bathroom in our room was like something you would find on an old boat, but functional. The playroom for young kids needs updating and additional toys, Lego corner etc.

Staff - absolutely AMAZING. Reception desk staff very, very helpful. Changing room for much more nice for us wasn’t any problem. Smile, helping hand all the time, in every question. A while breakfast staff - host, cooks, waiters - perfect job. Room Service, i mean room maids - also very friendly and helpful. I felt that we have had very good treatment at the Corinthia hotel. It is absolutely place worth to visit again.

One small question - on Saturday night loud music outside of the hotel. We could not sleep well.

The food was very disappointing. We informed the hotel that one of us has celiac disease and needed gluten free. The selection was very poor. On evening 3 all I could have for dinner was fresh tomatoes and chips - nothing else was gluten free. The dining room supervisor/hostess said "they do not do gluten free very well". Sometimes the food was mislabelled. Every meal was a disappointment.

There were always queues during dinner as the dinner was only 2h.The room size was quite small.You were able to hear in the morning all the doors slamming, people talking in the corridors and cleaning lady's next door cleaning.

It's strange but a fridge is an option. I can't imagine case when it is not necessary when outside is 37 degrees

Was oke but could be better without sickness

After 3days we got sick all of use because of virus was in the hotel!I have seen other peopleAlso vomiting like use

All in all was okey. Its definately 3 Star hotel could push for 4 star if better food quality and quantity(different dishes).The Cantine smelled always the same(funky) , but its not even surprising because everyday was kinda same concept of food served.Breakfest was really good , but the bruch time included in breakfest was a nice touch, so we came at 12h am again and ate, so you dont need to pay extra for lunch. Beach is like 20 meters away from hotel , amazing.Stuff was helpful and nice.Gaming room which we used once is also cool.AC was running even when we were at the beach, which I never expirienced that in 4-5 star hotels.(runs only with card)

Needs more food variaty at the dinner.It feels like it all tasted the same.Chicken breast should be served everyday and not 1 time in 7 days.When we accured at the hotel room, we had dirty sheets. Could be something non washbable but still... It was immediatly changed by the stuff.Its bit expensive , paying extra at the dinner for drinks, but spiced up prices, crazy.No Mini bar fridge in the room, which is a must in 3star hotel(so I was infromed)

Great location. Food nice, voted 7/10, eve meal should maybe start earlier? Pools nice. Reception friendly, offered a packed lunch on departure day. Gym was great, used it daily.

Need to purchase sunbeds by the pool not marketed. Drinks expensive. Also car park was chargeable, though not too bad for the week.....even so, for the amount we paid for the holiday maybe it should have been included.

Everything was good, big parking, close to shops , restaurants, and the beach. Breakfast and dinner had huge variety of food.

Proximity to beachfront and the pools

Food was not very good and the evening meal the drink fountains are closed forcing you to buy water.And there is no kids club, just a room with foam building blocks that you must supervise your kids in. However the website does imply that there is a “kinder club” which at other valmar resorts are staffed and provide supervised activities for kids.
