- I stayed for three nights, and due to traffic noise, the request for a room swap was dealt with without issue.

- Was very unhappy with the breakfeast as flies were all over the food as the incompetent staff thought keeping the door open in the summer was a good idea. Also chair in room needs to be replaced!
- Front desk service was very nice, breakfast with a continental table and everything fresh, with a variety from bread to fruit.
- The room was a mess and would not pass any health and safety checks. Bathroom was in horrible condition with ceiling falling down, broken dispenser, bath and so was the room with broken lights, no bin, kettle or other things usually found in decent hotel.There was loud music outside, everything smelled of cigarettes and people were noisy with swears.Receptionist had no clue how to check in foreigners.
