The rooms are wonderfully designed. The aesthetic and sea views are amazing

The food is just not great. It¿s expensive and underwhelming for 5 stars. I stayed in two different rooms and the first the housekeeping was impeccable. The second room one day housekeeping forgot to show up, dirty cups left not replaced etc.

The facilities are new and beautiful! The breakfast was absolutely amazing

Our room was quite small and rather bare bones. The dinner was fine but insanely expensive for what you received, and there aren’t many other food options nearby, so we ended up having a 200 euro dinner that was just ok which left us with a sour taste.

We spend 15 nights in September 2025, I had a room with a pool for a week and then a suite both rooms were outstanding, spacious, clean, very comfortable and stunning views.

We were disappointed with the service at the restaurants and bar - very slow, errors on the bills a couple of times. Breakfast was wonderful, but the service was poor and when ordering dinners very slow service and staff forgetful.

Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Staff are very attentive. Room had a lovely view of the sea, the pool and the local nature.

Our room was next to the cleaning staff accessories room so sometimes they were a bit loud and banging doors too much but that stopped after we mentioned something.

Fantastic property, prime location, superb rooms, very friendly staff, and excellent food and drinks. The beaches around the hotel are world class.

A fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and amazing experience. It was our first holiday with our 4 month old baby and we had an amazing time - the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Brenda, Georgina and Luigi (thank you!) Great food at the 3 restaurants, the best breakfast and a luxurious spa.

Very modern clean hotel, all the staff were excellent, the room provided every thing for a comfortable stay, huge lovely bed, and sun beds were really comfortable.

The prices were a bit too high for a basic lunch, the breakfast was hit and miss plenty of staff but didnt seem organised,

The picture was just complete, with extremely supportive and friendly staff, great restaurants and a beautiful location.

Food is very expensive and average quality. Some of the rooms have a very ugly view on the next door parking.

Breakfast was amazing and had loads of options. The staff was very nice. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff are very nice and make sure you don’t need anything. They even cleaned our room 2 times a day once. The spa is amazing and the rooftop pool is so relaxing. They have “Adults only” areas which is ideal for couples without kids.

There isn’t much food options around the area which affected our experience a bit.The restaurants inside the hotel are overpriced. We paid 23€ for a bland marguerite pizza with room service. There is no private beach from the hotel. If your plan is to enjoy the beach this is not the right place for you.

Gorgeous experience, great staff that took every effort, good food and overall a nice hotel.

Bed was hard - I enjoyed it, my partner did not.

It's an astonishingly overpriced mega-corporate resort, not a luxury hotel as advertised

The hotel was clean and had good views. Located in a small town, the facilities were very nice and not too packed.

Some of the staff at reception during check-in were rude and unhelpful. The hotel has an inefficient queuing process with guests cutting the line, we were told to step back and wait. Check in was delayed 20 minutes, despite waiting for a total of almost two hours in the lobby. The hotel does not answer messages via Booking so it is recommended to reach out directly. The room keys we were given stopped working randomly and had to request new ones. The staff confused our vehicle and handed over other guests’ car. The breakfast experience during the first day was subpar, fruit tasted expired and the waiters forgot an order and we had to remind them about it and received it cold. Overall we were expecting a much higher standard for a five star hotel. It was a bit of a let down for the price as the service felt no different to any other regular hotel.

All is wonderful. Kids club is exceptional, we really like Cristina & Blanca who spent time with our daughter.

The property was amazing!! Great location and great facilities. My wife went to heaven while she enjoyed the SPA!
