HOTEL ANHEL

This was a little gem of a hotel, simple but classy, with so much attention to detail that made it perfect . Ideally located for trekkers on a stopover , supermarkets and restaurants all very close by.

Very well designed room with comfortable bed and shower in the old part of Ferreries.

I cannot remember having seen that it was a self checkin location without staff when I booked. The name ‘hotel’ rings a different bell.

Very nice decoration and location to move around the island. The bed is comfortable and the room is big enough to be ok for a few days.

Small and beautiful hotel in the center, close to the free parking. Right next to the entrance, on the ground floor, there was a coffee/tea machine and free water. In our room it was a small fridge. Self-checking.

It's hard to evaluate personel, because we saw a lady only few sec on the morning we were leaving.

Nice design, comfortable bed, good water pressure

Massive humidity problem in the lobby and stairs, intense smell of mold. No room to hang up and dry beach towels and swimsuits. Steep uphill walk to the parking lot

Extremely central, small hotel with nicely decorated rooms and a welcoming common room with a microwave and coffee essentials. Great for meeting with other guests. Good communication from staff about access and bicycle parking.

Room was a little bit cold but the heater worked well. In the shower booth there no partition so water fell on the floor in front of the sink.

the place was cute but we never saw anyone anywhere

they are saying we broke the tv, the sheet of the bed and a cable of tv which it was all broken when we arrived but we did not complain because we only went there in the evening to shower and sleep after a long day of work.we both travel pretty much with you and we never had anything, we are always very respectful with everywhere we go.my impression is this little hotel is just trying to get us or you to pay a tv commander, a sheet of the bed (brooken of so many washings) and a cable that we dis not touch…i am really sorry to have this when we arrived to room aroun 21-21.30h and leave around 8-8.30h morningjust to add it they had humudity in the worls of the stairs and oir toilet where the wall was fallen in some places and we did not touch a wall…. i hope you really don’t believe we did this… I am very offended

charming, well located and very clean.

never seen a person in charge (keys were in a key box, no one in the lobby) even though the person we were in touch with via messages was very kind (so deceitful not to meet him/her)

Our host Eva was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated. Self check-in was very easy. Location inmidst of the city centre is very convenient

Very nice room with unusual finish - typical white village style. All usual amenities including T V with you tube etc. Nice spacious shower. Very good central location. Hosts let us drop our luggage early so we could go walking without packs. Common area with coffee machine and microwave. Small fridge in room which is a bonus in Spain.

Key code style check in. Don't get to meet hosts so a bit impersonal but signs of things to come.

It should be more mentioned, that this is a kind of robotic hotel, not really helpful to receive just a message in Spanish to open the entrance door, the key safe at the room doors are not working properly, no option to get any breakfast or information. For this not existing service, price is quite high compared to other hotels. Not recommended. rooms itself are ok.

very clean and comfortable room in a really pretty little village. felt right at home. communicating was very easy and quick. the location is very handy right in the center of Menorca so it’s not too far to go anywhere on the island. can defiantly recommend this hotel.
