- The staff were super helpful and welcoming! The facilities were well kept and charming. The location was near to the El Camino so it was very convenient to my trip!
- Everything about the property was wonderful. Especially the staff which happens to be the owner and his family. Lovely family wonderful people.
- It is an interesting stay. The owner with many words I didn’t understand. Kindly made me the best cup of coffee I had during my walk. I was up . Well before the breakfast seating. So I gratefully understood her act of kindness.
Cons -
- The only thing that was not perfect for me, which may not be the same for others as I like a very firm bed and these beds were on the softer side. But that is just a personal preference everything else
- My knees against the radiator in the bathroom.
- The only problem was the front door. My room was directly above it and everytime someone goes through the door, it slams hard sending reverberations through the room. You better have a sound machine to drown it out. Not sure why Floren doesn't fix it!

Loved the historic building, the clean rooms, and the amazing breakfast. The hosts were amazing and it was a wonderful stay!
Floren was super nice. The rooms were top notch. The quality was like Parador. Florens wife gave us wine glasses for the bottle of wine we had with us. The staff were very accommodating.

Lovely place. Nice clean room. Had nice Continental breakfast. The lady who manages the place is lovely, so lovely, so helpful..not a word of English but then again it's in Spain
Greta shower head. Very friendly host. Greta dinner and breakfast buffet. She did our laundry too
Fan was very loud, poor ventilation and bed/bedding uncomfortable. Stairwell ceilings very low and dangerous. Staff was unhelpful and facilities poor quality for the price.
Wonderful hostess, we arrived early she went out of her way to accommodate us
Charming and atmospheric, very clean, quiet. Wonderful space in room.
Would have liked air conditioning vs a fan.
I enjoyed a very nice stay at El Molino de Floren. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Host was very friendly and location on edge of town very close to cathedral.
Weak wifi
The friendly staff and the extraordinary breakfast stand out the most, although the historic building itself is notable. A former flour mill, one can see, touch, and imagine its former purpose. My room was both old and modern with amenities, which included a good-sized shower and sink and heated towel bar. There was a large closet, desk, and two ancient windows overlooking a courtyard. The place is located a short walk to the monastery, the town plaza, and ruins of the old city wall. Another plus, it also is close to the Camino de Santiago and the post office.
Unfortunately, this old building also does not come with an elevator, and I hiked up 3 flights of stairs to my room multiple times with my tired camino legs (the little woman host actually carried my large suitcase up for me--wow!).
A beautiful property : large well furnished room excellent clean bathroom a perfect location for the Camino . We were here when it was a very hot and there was a fan provided to help us keep cool .
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.
The owner and operator, Floren, is a great guy and you can tell that he wants to take care of pilgrims. Also, both the pilgrim’s dinner and the breakfast were outstanding.
Beautifully restored old water mill and good food in their restaurant. The hosts were very attentive.
Hotel is cozy, an antiquated place, but clean, comfortable and great value. The staff was fantastic. The lovely woman that manages the hotel was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She and the rest of the staff helped with anything I needed. The bar too, was cozy and the breakfast was great.
I liked just about everything, however, because the building as centuries old, it has some low ceilings and I had to be very careful not to bump my head in the stairwell and a few other locations.
The hostess Maricruz was the best hostess I have had in the Camino since I started in Roncesvalles. She called an made arrangements with 3 different lodgings for the next three towns I had plan to stay in the Camino. She works really hard manning the registration, the dinning room, kitchen and also cleaned the rooms. She is always ready to help and takes care of things right away. The three course meal was wonderful
Very cozy place. Made it in after a rainy day on the Camino and the hot shower was probably the best I had in days. Great breakfast before heading back out in the morning. Bike storage provided.
Comfortable stay on the Camino. Very accommodating when I wanted to change my room to include an additional guest.
