Booked a room, it jumped dates on the website and I didn’t realize. Tried to cancel 5 minutes later and refused hard. Pretty expensive for what it was.

The location and facilities are amazing. Beautiful located in a lovely small village with multiple hiking paths nearby. Good restaurant with great menu. Staff is especially friendly and knowledgeable.

Parking space is relatively expensive (€20 p/day).

The view is breathtaking and the size of the room and the bathroom was fantastic. Also the beds were crazy comfy. It felt very nice

The dinner menu did not meet expectations, meal preparation sub par, and the maitre a bit rude, not enough staff and very little attention to the guests needs, breakfast was just ok, did not have whole milk, had to request it. Only one person serving. The whole meal experience was bad.

Location was beautiful, right on coast and close to everything.

Breakfast staff was a little cranky and not helpful.

The view is magnificent.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was not near the plug so you have to physically move it to use it. Some finishing works were not done, don't look toO close.

This is a lovely hotel right on the beach front. Worth booking a room with sea view and terrace as the lovely large windows give a fantastic out look. Breakfast was great. There is a restaurant in the hotel but did not eat there. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by. Plenty of parking at the hotel.

Size of my booked room was fabulous. However, I always ask for a view. View was to the parking lot. Luckily there was another room, for euro 10 more, that one with view to the ocean. Loved it.

What a great place and so relaxing!! We were greeted in such a friendly manner by the front desk staff (Rafa?) he even snuck up and placed a beautiful fruit tray in our room for my friend’s birthday. They were very thoughtful and gave us excellent dinner recommendations and areas in which to sight see and trek around. The view was great! We loved the large deck with the ocean views!! Thank you!! Great birthday visit!!

Lovely large room overlooking the beach. Good communal areas, restaurant and bar.

I really liked the location of the hotel, as it was right in front of the sea and had several nearby spots to eat and walk around. It was perfect for enjoying the area and exploring the surroundings

What I didn’t like about the hotel was that it was very hot inside, even though it was cold outside. There was only one fan, and it made a lot of noise, which was quite disturbing when trying to sleep

We booked a deluxe ocean view room with a balcony, and it was all that! The room was spacious, and we had a beautiful view from inside and from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.

The only disappointment was the pool was closed for the season already.

Location at the beach nice and big terrasse. Nice restaurant, delicious food. Should tend to be a four star hotel!

Ventilation: Only a roof fan, no air conditioning. Maybe the reason for not holding four stars?

The location of the hotel is awesome, the beach is just some stairs below. Our room looked the sea and the harbor, the view was great. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was really good. All the staff were very friendly.

Lovely hotel next to the beach . We had a room with a big balcony overlooking the beach . The room was huge as was the bed and exceptionally comfortable ( deluxe double ) Breakfast offered a good range of options and the restaurant in the evening was a life saver as a lot of the restaurants in the town either only opened at lunch time or in the evenings at weekends as it wasn’t peak season . The food was very good and reasonably priced .

This is very comfortable hotel located right on the front in Lekeitio and the accommodation is of an excellent standard

The car parking was quite expensive at 19 Euros per nightThe indoor pool was small but nice although the jacuzzi was colder than the pool !!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea front. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was very good but rather expensive. Also parking was expensive at 19 euros a night and it wasn’t even a secure car park. We paid 5 euros at another hotel and this was a secure underground car park.
