The breakfast was great serving a full variety from smoked fish to oatmeal. The staff is nice, keeping the cups full and the table clean; hotel staff is helpful and nice as well. Great housekeeping, they change the sheets daily.

This is not a five star hotel, but 3. The towels are used a little too many times, the pools are not heated, the view from the room is not pretty, the private pools are not private. During our stay of 6 nights, the hot water was off twice for hours. The decor is minimal.

The rooms are very big and spacious but divided into two floors with a bathroom only on the first floor and there is no door for the whole bathroom area.

Lovely rooms and good facilities at the hotel. Nice ambiance in the outdoor poolarea and restaurant/bar. Superb and friendly staff, discrete thorough cleaning of room. We were never disturbed. Excellent access to the beach and extra pool area.

There is not much to do close to the hotel. We were there at the end of the season so a few establishments were closed and we had to go into town (5kms) for a nice meal. The hotel has good food though but we like to explore a bit. A little bit strange with entrance through the bath room. The outdoor pool is not heated so it will be fresh early and late in the season. Not sure how well the air con will cope at higher outdoor temperatures than we had.

The place is spotless, and it's a great location to the beach and a 40 min walk to the near town centre of Rhethmno. it was still quite hot in October and the staff was always very helpful. We got the room with the private pool and it was absolutely delightful to be there. More expensive but totally worth it.

The breakfast was very good but the hot counter lights weren't strong enough to keep some of it hot.

The room was very disappointing. Small, and the bed was a nightmare. I had back pain after my holidays. Also the hotel has an engineering problem: the echo. I could hear everything at night, including the reception and the pool. This made the experience noisy.

Beautiful pool and good situation if you have a carThe hotel style is great

For a 5 stars hotel, I expect that the room will be perfectly clean. In our room there were 4 contact lenses that were stuck on the night table.The music style around the pool was techno and when asked if the music could be change to a "less agressive style", they responded us that is the manager choice and it was not possible to change because he decide.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The private pool amazing.

Some people of the staff were not very kind especially for the breakfast and also one barman. For this kind of hotel it is a pity.

The property is gorgeous and the beach is very nice. The rooms are exactly as pictured and the included breakfast is very good.

Wasn’t very happy about the shower drain, water would somewhat overflow to the other parts of the bathroom. Asked to get it fixed however it didn’t do much. Also it would be great if their outdoor pools had the availability to be heated during the colder months because the water is very cold.

Private pool, breakfast and location

It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable.Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

The location was okay if you have a car.

The view from our room was over the adjacent hotel car park - not really nice, especially from a 5 star hotel, The depiction of the room on the website is very misleading and the room is quite dull and not inviting. poor storage, we booked for 3 adults, so watch what you pack. With 3 people in the room there is really no were to sit in the room.

Very nice property with an amazing view! The sunsets are incredible minus the big crowds.The location is great! The staff is unbelievable!! Everyone went out of their way to be the best hosts! Thank you !!

Room space and the vulgarity of the breakfast

Everything was new and clean. It had amazing bar, food and the facilities were fantastic

All the staff were fantastic and very accommodating, except one man who kept flirting with my girlfriend when I wasn’t there. She was made to feel uncomfortable

Breakfast was excellent, lady behind the counter makes fresh products all the time.At the reception the ladies were really nice.Personnel, specially at the pool bar/restaurant made our day, one place where i would like to go again.The level of their restaurant is one of the best we had during our three week stay in the island, just marvelous cuisine.

Loved the hotel layout and vibe. Very chilled and came across as a luxury hotel. Staff were superb.

Pool was a bit cold, but you get used to it, I think all the outdoor hotel pools are the same. Good beach location, didn't see any staff come out to ask re drinks etc ( I maybe missed it though) not a big thing but just another idea if needed.
