Nice hotel room, nice pools

No Internet in the room (yet i have to say they claerly state to have internet only at the lobby). Checkout time at 10.00 o clock. Unprofessional stuff. Not able to give me an invoice of the stay and to correct an invoice of the additional expenses

The staff are so kind and professional. I also loved that there were so many places to eat and shop within a short walk. I also enjoyed the breakfast and how clean the facilities were, from the lobby to the rooms.

Poor internet connection in our room.

what a wonderful relaxing stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was varied and lovely. Crete is a beautiful place with lovely kindhearted locals . Since returning back to work after a really relaxing stay, when work starts turning up the pressure I close my eyes and sit in the morning sun staring out at the pool with a really flavourful cup of coffee, until I feel the calmness return that this wonderful place brought to my life and then I open my eyes and try not to get too disheartened. Thank you for such a lovely trip with memories that help me get through the dreary London weather.

We liked the various pools and the breakfast.

We didn't like that the room was quite old and not squeaky clean as we'd expect from a 5-star.

Lovely pool, nice breakfast, good location and friendly staff

The room wasn’t what we expected. It was a 2 floor room, situated at the back of hotel with no view from the balcony other than a road and residential house. There are nicer rooms within the main grounds of the hotel. We did move rooms after the hotel emailed us to ask if we were enjoying our stay. At this point I mentioned the room, and they moved us.

Staff were super friendly and the location was in close proximity to nice area of shops and food. Several pools !

A lot of ants, pool should be open later and the pool side service could be more expeditious

Nice and quiet place, very relaxing, the outdoors swimming pools bring a huge plus to this location and also the breakfast, which was very good.

The rooms are not exactly what it is supposed to be for a 4 star hotel, but were acceptable.

Good buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Staff very friendly, helpful and keen to do anything to make your stay as good as possible.

The bath and shower in our apartment were combined and showing their age a little. Would have preferred a separate shower.

Amazing welcome with friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them and anything we wanted they would accommodate.Accommodation and facilities were outstanding.Exceptionally clean and well decorated.Breakfast plentiful with a lot of choice and again if we wanted anything in particular they would get this for us.Location excellent with lovely tavernas and shops on the doorstep

Friendly attentive staff. Very clean. Good location for beach and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops

Great location, staff friendly, nice spacious apartments with air con and good facilities in the rooms.. Spa if you like to use this. Two pools plus an indoor one if you like.

Only negative for us really - A lot of people were leaving towels and books etc on the sunbeds at the 2nd pool at the back apartments and especially the more comfortable ones with sun canopies to keep them all day and a couple of couples for the whole time we were there. They even did this when they left for 2 or 3 hours for lunch and some left towels and books on them overnight. Not fair at all on all the other paying guests especially at this busy time of year! Some people don't want to sunbathe for 14 hours a day but an hour or 2 would be nice. ?TV was out of date and not working in our apartment. Shower head was in the wrong location in the bath and was not behind the shower screen so water went on floor.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Good central location for exploring Crete.

Disappointed that the self-service laundry room had been removed.

The pool was fantastic and the studio a good size and comfortable

The attitude of the mainly men at the front desk was always grumpy, if not rude. The women were slightly more polite and friendly but it was very off-putting as a guest to be treated in this way.

The original room I was given had a portable air-conditioning unit that required the door to be open to use. The staff upgraded me to a room with working air-conditioning which was much appreciated. I didn't use of the facilities, pools etc... but they all looked great

Wifi could be better for a 4 star property

Excellent service, the staff were really nice and helpful. Nice welcoming drinks. They served drinking water to the pool. Very good breakfast. We asked for a quiet room and got one. There are two pools, and always free sunbeds. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 200m walking to the beach.

Some things would need a little update, for example some sunbeds.

tired apartments. weird door handles everywhere. strange electricity features no card in the room - no fridge!?

Staff, the hospitality is at the maximum, you really feel welcomed and anything you ask they fulfill without a problem.
