Gold Apartments

Staff fredliness and atmosphere, free parking. Hotel is close to the beach.

Air conditioning was not working.

Good price in good location. Liked that there was a separate bedroom. Definitely value for money.

Bit dated. No aircon in bedroom

Best cappuccino served with a smile. Rooms are larger than most.Cocktails and ice creams are delicious ? Spotlessly clean Great location

Can't complain about anything

Location was great with access to the beach over the road and lots of restaurants nearby. Rethimnon is a €10 cab ride. The hotel is very clean and not too noisy. Large balcony with table and chairs, fridge and well stocked with utinsels and appliances. It has gardens around the back and to the pool. Wifi was acceptable.

There was only a single air con unit in the apartment in the main living room area and only a fan in the bedroom which made sleeping the whole time I was there quite uncomfortable. The shower head was broken and there were some electrics exposed which present a safety risk, especially within the shower enclosure toward the roof. Overall the place seems quite tired and could do with some updating, not necessarily modernising but updating. I'm 44 and my cousin is 30 and we felt the clientell which were attracted to the bar / restaurant were of the older generation, which is fine if that's what you want.

For the price we payed the accommodation was amazing, a double bedroom, a very good sized dining living room area, a good size balcony. Amazing value for money and so well decorated. Will be back again.

Great location and good facilitiesClean and tidy

Shower missing a shelf

That was electrics hanging out the wall. The fridge didn’t work everything seem dirty. The pool was unclean. The TV was unclean. We had to clean the place before we settled the air conditioning unit had seen and seen better days and didn’t work properly. and all the towels and bedding seem in washed staff appalling argue about issue and when turned taps on only brown water came out

nothing very poor

Rooms are clean and a great size, this will be our 5th stay, we love it. Thank you Katerini for looking after us xx
