Rooms had all you need! Nice working Air conditioning! Showers had great water pressure! Bed was comfy! Pool was wonderful with a great view. Nearby local restaurant had an amazing sunset and great food! All in all a winner!

All good! Parking could be a little tight, and getting in and out can be a bit tricky until I used the curved mirror. Overall though, fantastic accommodations.

The description of the "suite" was completely misleading and the owners refused to acknowledge this. Their attitude was hostile despite the best efforts of their daughter who tried so hard to mediate. 2 separate bedrooms MEANS 2 bedrooms NOT 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The descriptions were inaccurate and my poor 15 year old son did not want to sleep in the living room with no privacy! The room descriptions clearly contradicted the reality. We stayed one night having arrived late and left the following morning as the owners wouldn't accept any responsibility.

Hotel has a good Greek vibe, it has a complex of bungalows and apartments near hotel with Olive trees and buildings are made of beautiful stones. It has many free parking spaces. The pool is also very good with a sea view. Entrance has a lot of flowers, decorative trees and palms. Rooms are bright and comfy . It has a great terrace with a nice view. Bed is very comfortable. Room was always clean and we got clean towels every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us some of the beach necessities for free use. Breakfast was very delicious, they got options for everyone. We enjoyed our and would come back again for sure!

A little noisy because of the near airport of Chania and local road.

the family that runs the bussines are very kind and lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location, very clean and comfortable.

Pool was very nice. Kids loved the Flamingo at the pool. Also table tennis was very great. Scenery was spectacular.

Having requested a late checkout we were told it was not possible. It was only after persistence on our part that a solution was found.

Everything was truly amazing, thank you for your hospitality! The location is great, the place is exactly as described. Very cozy, the pool is clean and well maintained, the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Store, bus stop, a few restaurants - all close by. I got a tour of the property on arrival and a lot of tips that made my vacation even more comfortable. Loved every minute of it and already want to visit again!

Nothing, I just wish I’d stayed longer

The staff were exceptional and we really felt like we were taken care off throughout our whole stay. Clean towels were provided every day and the pool was wonderful, open 24/7. We will definitely return!

Pool, staff, location, value for money

I miss a bar, it was only soft-drink machine/fridge near the pool.

Very spacious, beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and helpful, were able to accommodate us for an early check-in and check-out. Very close to the beautiful Kalathas beach. Loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Wish the bed was bigger, was a bit small for the two of us. Also, I would recommend that they get a lasher garbage bin in the villa, as it would fill up very fast. Finally, some basics like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, laundry pods, etc. would have been appreciated.

The location was good and the pool and other features were nice. Cleaning services were provided daily.

There was only one iron and ironing board for the entire property. The phones in the room were not connected.

Great location for walking to the beach or catching the bus to town. Super friendly staff very welcoming and accommodating. Great morning buffet and lovely cool terrace to enjoy breakfast. Spacious around the pool and quiet. Does not feel overrun. A lovely stay.

Extremely friendly staff and a very beautiful building.

Rooms were extremely noisy no sound protection at all. Our room was close to the lobby and we could not sleep past 0700 as you can hear everything. The sea view is more of a garden view with a slight view of the sea. Would not recommend wasting money on this.

We had a great stay! It was so nice that we are coming again in september. Creta Vitalis is well maintained with a lot of attention to the details. It was cosy and peaceful. Stella and her husband are very good hosts. Tale-me!

Gorgeous property very short walk to the beach. Family owned business that gives a very warm welcome. The staff are pleasant.

We had one of the suites with two rooms, the double bed was very uncomfortable and short but other than that it was exactly what we were looking for ie a village home with pretty flowers around and a close view of the blue Mediterranean Sea.

We stayed at Creta Vitalis for 3 nights. Our flight arrived late and the hosts were waiting for us, which was really kind. It's a very short trip from the airport (15 mins). There is a swimming pool which is great if you want to have a lazy morning. Also vendor machine, ping pong table, parking, fridge in the room. The view from the room was amazing. The hosts were so kind to arrange for a car rental for us and the car was brought to the hotel after 2 hours.

The beach is 5 minute walk away, but since there is no pavement, it's not very safe to walk there. Better to rent a car. The room gets very hot during the day and the AC is quite weak. There isn't a shower door so the whole bathroom gets wet.
