Staff is the best host of Greek hospitality! She was very kind and flexible and a great person to introduce us to Crete.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and pricing was reasonable for peak season. Can¿t recommend enough and will be staying here again in the future.

The staff were incredibly nice, the room was large and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious

We had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments! The owner is incredibly kind and very helpful. She assisted us with all our questions and made us feel truly welcome.The apartments are clean and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful location and the well-maintained property added to the overall great experience.We highly recommend Waterlily Hotel Apartments and would love to come back!

However, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but you have to walk on the road as there is no sidewalk, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, there are limited dining options nearby—just two restaurants close to the beach. There's a market across the street, but the prices there are higher than average.

Very nice and clean apartment. The host was very kind, she suggested us some beaches and restaurant and she lent a beach umbrella. Breakfast was perfect as it inclueded lot of courses (yogurt with honey was amazing).

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were big and tidy. It had everything we needed, including hair dryer, iron, and bathroom cosmetics. The pool was very nice and peaceful. It has a few very comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas. They also have a roof garden with a grilling place and sunbeds with a very pretty view on the sunset. We had no problems with parking. There is plenty of space around the hotel, no need to worry.Breakfast was very good and tasty. Warm dishes were very varied, and everything we tried was always delicious. Lady who cooks there really knows what she's doing ?The hotel itself is in a very good spot, right in front of a market with everything you would need. Only 12 minutes away from the airport (by car) and like 3 minutes away (by car) from a very nice sand beach. Streets around the hotel aren't too busy, so it makes it easy to travel around.Personel is very nice and knows english very well. Angela helped us with everything we needed, provided for us beach towels, gave us nice recommendations of places to visit, arranged quicker check-in, and later check-out. You can tell she really likes what she's doing and makes everything to please you.We recommend this place for everyone who's looking for a peaceful hotel with not too many guests. It's a nice base for travelling and sightseeing. If we ever visit Crete again, we will definitely book this hotel one more time. ❤️

Our room was lovely, the breakfast was just right, the location was great for us as we had a car, but the main thing that made our 3 night stay special was Angela and the lady that helps with breakfast, Thank you both for being the difference.

Very happy with the big and comfortable studio, great breakfast, easily found a parking spot in the street nearby every day! Friendly and helpful host who arranged for us a self-check in as we arrived a bit late. Would definitely lkve to stay there again if we are in the area ♡

Air-conditioning, too old, too loud.

Very clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely beach and restaurant only a short walk down the road. Stop straight across the road. Apartment had everything you need, cooker and fridge Lovely pool it was very clean and sun lounges were comfortable.

Breakfast was amazingAngela and other staff members were soooo nice! We loved them always greeted with a smile.

Angela and staff were great. Angela couldn't do more to help. Gave good advice to where to go for attractions and restaurants to eat. Fabulous breakfast served. More important was the bus stop out the front of apartments going to Stavros and Chania as driving there looked frightening.

The apartment because it was big and very confortable, as well as the bed.The location is very good to easily visit many beaches (stavros, ect) and the city.Angela is really friendly and she knows perfectly how to guest people.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The apartment was huge (compared to a hotel room) and had everything we needed. The pool was simple yet very relaxing and nice.

We didn’t have a car so it was difficult to go to/from the hotel, as taxis have to be called in advance and don’t come right away. But you can walk to the cute beach nearby and a few restaurants.

Friendly host, great communication and superb place. The breakfast was also good, with enough variation. Pool was clean and everything is was organized. Good location for day trips or even getting to the closes beach on foot.

Nice pool. Good recommendation to one Taverna not far from this property.

Bad breakfast. It’s not nice to see when someone is making breakfast just near to you. Bad location-pool is near the busy street and all the time you can hear planes, maybe 1 in 10 minutes. It wasn’t very clean. Be careful -check your all cards from your rooms it is working, it’s not - if you will come back to your apartments after 6pm or even later… and can sleep outside.In booking.com this apartment have 9,5 rate,but in reality i will give really really less ?….Check-out time is different in booking and in apartment… If you can - choose to live somewhere else! and in the end of your stay you will give message what you need to pay for your stay 1,5 euro for night just in cash… So actually we weren’t happy with our choise when we paid almost 100 euros for one night… Don’t trust the comments in the booking.. it’s a lesson…And breakfast is really not very good..

Everything was perfect, got our room upgraded because of the early book after a cancellation they had.

Faultless host. Spotless. Well equipped. Very comfortable bed. 10 minutes walk from beautiful Kalathas beach.
