Sifnos Hotel Benaki

The location is great, very centralized on Platys Gialos, but also with Maria as the host, you got everything you need when it comes to tips, recommendations and support.

It was a great place to stay. Very central but across the road from the beach so no ocean views. Breakfast was delicious. Check out time was midday. Maria and the others were friendly Only problem was the shower. Water splashes everywhere due to the angle of the shower. If hand held the water was more manageable The floor dried quickly and the towels were changed every day. I recommend Benaki for sure

Excellent location right across the sea,The bus stop is a few meters away,The room is very spacious with a nice terrace,The breakfast has a variety of offerings

The shower could use a curtain to avoid wetting the entire bathroom

Close to the sea in comfortable rooms with good breakfast and friendly staff. Platis Gialos is also very nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful bewcg

Not a criticism - but bathrooms are very dated and could do with updating /missing sink plug in sink and had to hold the shower hose. too many unnecessary chairs in bedroom

I thought it was a really cute place. They have a variety of rooms. I enjoyed my balcony where I could look at the plants and flowers surrounding the room. Although not on the water, I could still see the water around the buildings across the street. It's a great location, halfway into town and equidistant to get to either side. The room was nice. I really enjoyed the AC. The fact that it has its own parking lot was very convenient.

Not much that i didn't like. I didn't partake in the breakfast. Just preferred to go to a local bakery, or local cafe for coffee.

The location of this property is incredible! It has close access to the beach (literally across the street), to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, ATM, Bus Stop, etc. The owner, Maria is very kind and helpful. She is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help. The rooms are very well maintained too. My wife and I loved our stay.

The rooms were clean comfortable and close to beach supermarket and bus stops the breakfast was good and the staff exceptional

Noicy and old AC

Customer service was great. Our shower got the whole bathroom floor wet so they moved us to a different room.

Shower was very small and even in new room floor got somewhat wet.

Great location opposite the beach. Lovely staff very helpful.Breakfast was good.Room was lovely , clean and comfortable. The hotel arranged a transfer back to the port for us

Great view from the top room we were staying. The room provided everything we needed, air-conditioning, fridge, hairdryer, water boiler even shampoo, water and coffee or tea. Room was clean, plenty of towels and slippers. The little balcony was adorable ? The owners were super friendly!

Incase more guests were sitting outside we were quite close to each other,but that wasn't the case and we didn't mind it :)

Maria and her family are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was great and so were the afternoon drinks. Located across from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the balconies are lovely to relax on with the bougainvillea hanging everywhere.

The staff is very nice and the breakfast was fine. The ambience was peaceful, and it helps to speak Greek. Being so close to the beach is also a real plus.

It was a little tricky at night to navigate the driveway to the parking lot; not too bad though.

Great location. Wonderful view of sea from balcony. Comfy bed, great breakfast and lovely owners. Would stay again.
