Costa Avithos

The property is in walking distance (5min or less) to Avithos Beach. Nearby there are 2 tavernas, with great service and food.Amenities like the swimming pool and the tennis course really elevate the experience.Sheets were changed every day, washing machines are available, and the caretakers on site were always really helpful, even helped us with the baggages.

GSM service is sometimes missing, but I guess this is just as info.

Location to the beach. Clean and spacious with good outside terraces. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Kitchen facilities not so good - no dish towels, no kettle, sparse utensils, cooking facilities inadequate, Bathroom shower heavily overflows onto bathroom floor.

The location was amazing - a very short walk to the awesome Avithos beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the pool and the public spaces on the deck were excellent (with amazing views) and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was light and airy, with the master bedroom having an incredible sea view. We found it to be very clean upon our arrival and was cleaned daily by really friendly staff. Air-con throughout the apartment was a life saver in the August heat! The pool was a good size, enabling a proper swim, and never busy, whilst the gardens were well maintained. There are two great tavernas just a two minute walk from the small complex and the beach was one of the best on the island. There are some other stunning smaller beaches worth seeking out nearby (Pessada being exceptional) and other tavernas just a short drive away, and all in all it was in a great location for exploring the island.

As with the rest of the island, it does seem that when you stray from a main road you end up on a rocky dirt track, and the road to the hotel was no exception.

Location is great, small beautiful beach is 50 meters away. Staff was very friendly, house spotless clean and spacious, surrounding green and floral, super nice.

No coffee machine, no paper towels in the kitchen nor scotch and dish soap.Little extra care for the details would be nice.AC in the living room was weak, not cooling enough.

Over all property have good services, with a good facilities for such a category of price. The kitchen is equipped, the proposals and linens are changed often.

The cleaning should be improve mandatory, the Wi-fi services are an issue in full area of the property and the village near. Highly focus in cleaning will improve overall perception over property. The nature is over the property and time to time can generate some issues.

The place is beautiful, great location and amazing views. It is very new, prbbly new owners, so while we were there it seemed that not everything was ready. Very quiet, and beautiful isolated beach is a few steps away. Also 2 restaurants are very close by, we did not try them as we did not know until the next day and we were leaving. They seemed great. The villa was large, 2 big terraces with perfect views. The staff on site was very polite and very nice. Large quiet pool and few places to sit and relax on the premises.

The kitchen needed a little renovation or upgrade compare to the rest of the place, as well as the bathroom. I think in a few months this place will be great, now it seemed in a in-between. Very hard to find the entrance, since the name wasn't the same as the reservation, and no clear indication for the entrance. Need to drive throught a small rocky road. It was very confusing.

My only criticism is that the open showers need to be fixed as the water runs out the bathroom and it’s a major hazard in terms of slipping

It was everything and more than we expected, to arrive in such a tranquil place was amazing… we were met by Penny and overwhelmed with her friendliness and welcome!!
