The staff and owners we’re very hospitable and friendly nothing was to much trouble lovely clean rooms .

Nothing it was great

The hotel is very beautiful with a big swimming pool! Staff were polite and supportive, waiting for us as the flight arrived quite late.

We stayed in the Villa which was perfect for our family. They were very thoughtful to put in an extra bed so our 3 kids could sleep together. The villa was spacious and well equiped, with a lot of privacy. It was really nice to have our own outdoor shower and the pool is amazing in size and temperature. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never too busy at the pool. We loved that there was a good washing machine with soap and everything in the villa. The location is really convenient and the staff super friendly.

The quality of the bar and breakfast were disappointing. The bathroom of the villa is really small, but we managed. Airco in the master bedroom is quite old and does not work properly. Nevertheless with had an amazing stay.

Amazing friendly staff, you feel at a family home with them. It was very clean. Location is very good, specially by car: it's 10 min. from the airport, and it's located in the main road. There's a local restaurant (cheap and simple) nearby. Pool is well maintened, and the bar is fine with drinks and snacks.

It's a dated place, but everything is clean, working and well maintened. Wifi in the rooms are not very good. Breakfast is very simple and it's the same everyday. It's a very simple stay overall, but their friendliness make up and I would come again.

The pool was great, the service was exceptional, the location is great reach everywhere within an hour

The size of the room

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the island but you will need a car to get around and go the beaches and different restaurants.The room was simple but clean and had a fridge and kettle.The pool area and pool bar were great and the staff and owners were really great and helpful.We had a great stay!

It is a little dated, especially the bathroom but did not really bother us as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Amazing place, amazing service, very lovely family who runs the hotel. We booked initially 2 nights and we extended our stay to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and the place. Very central place to visit the whole island.Thank you for the warm welcome.

We stayed with Ilias and the team in June and had a lovely 10 days. We booked the villa, for a bit more space, privacy and for the full kitchen, so we could cook. Was great and the villa was lovely, with the pool just a few steps away, so the best of both worlds. A lovely family feel, very relaxed and welcoming all round and we had a lovely stay. Thanks so much for a really nice, chilled holiday and we look forward to seeing you again :-)

Fabulous holiday, host was so helpful and hospitable. The hotel is in a quiet village, near the restaurant and mini market.

Spacious, relaxed, homely, peaceful, safe, and well equipped. Ilias and the safe were excellent and so very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault them.

Shower was a little small. Air con a bit loud and double bed quite hard. But this is only constructive criticism and wouldn’t prevent us going again.

The breakfast was very good and enough choice, eating outside in the garden was lovely.

Unfortunately other guests could be a little noisy in the hotel corridors early morning and late evening. Perhaps a gentle reminder to guests to consider fellow guests might help.

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and the pool is fantastic. The snacks at the pool bar were delicious and reasonably priced.

Lack of proper cleaning. I don’t ref to accidents. Lamps had thick dust on them, kitchen was greasy-sticky and absolute shock was when we’ve seen pubic hair in the bathtub. Clearly that bathroom had no proper procedures of being sanitized, they probably clean based on what’s visible. Owners must understand that there are tons of eczemas/dermatitis and other diseases that can be easily spread from previous guests and they are trusted by us to properly disinfect the place.

The host, Ilyas, and his wife were very welcoming. The pool area was good. We booked a two-bedroom flat which was big enough for a family of four. The cleaner is used to clean the flat daily. The kitchen has all the cooking items.

Nice pool and staff. Central location for exploring the Island by car.

Shower didn’t drain properly and the paint was peeling off the tiles. Broken glass by the pool (our son cut his foot).

We had a wonderful stay at Ionis Hotel. The owner Ilias his wife and family really take good care of all their guests. For what you pay it was really quite good. I am not a big breakfast person , so I only had the Yog and Honey which was lovely.
