Breakfast was great - continental and English, fresh vegetables, cakes, and so on. My room was spacious, completely clean, a new soap added daily just like that. The room and its adjacent bathroom had separate, adjustable heating!

The only drawback was the heating didn't appear to work during the night. It wasn't a problem, but the comfort would've been even higher if it'd been possible to keep my room a little bit warmer last week (above 0 C - 30 F temperatures in Łódź in the early morning).

Everything was ok, for the second time we stayed in the hotel. But this time there were too many people in spa and swimming pool zone, one sauna and few showers weren’t work, the water was too cold. Jacuzzi overcrowded all the time and the water in it and in swimming pool were not clear. The water was heavily chlorinated, and it made my eyes burn.

We were three people ( couple and a kid) and we had only two pillows, towels and bathrobes

EV charging, nice staff

Swimming pool is cold, bath tub in overcrowded, full of foam and smelly. Underground parking smells like sewage. Room sound insulation is not existent and you wake up on every door slam.

Great pool and spa, good breakfast. Be aware you book the pool table by the hour

Nothing at all

Although away from the main pedestrian street, there are tram and bus stops nearby for access to many parts of the city. Good breakfast layout. Quiet.

The heating and cooling control panel in the room was highly undecipherable for even simple settings such as controlling fan speed.

for a 113 euros Price given on Booking, I had to pay 146 €. The difference is big

One thing I liked the most is that during 4 night stay, I never heard any sound from other rooms. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from.

Surroundings of the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, but if traveling by car location is very convenient because it is close to everything we were planning to see

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, kitchen and breakfast excellent.

However, the prices for accommodation and parking are starting to get too high for me. Will have to look for other accommodation options in Lodz.

Everything was good quality. Beds, toiletries, pool, breakfast, etc. We will definitely stay here again. Very kind employees made it worth choosing again.

Not enough pillows; pool was very crowded; gym didn’t open until 9AM; lobby felt odd, not welcoming, very silent and sterile. Entrance felt a little sketchy late at night.

Great hotel with amazing location. Next door to shopping center and a 5 minute walk to Piotrkowska street (one of the longest car-free streets in Europe filled with shops and restaurants).Breakfast is out of this world!

The soundproofing wasnt as good. I could hear someone screaming from across from my room. The showers didnt have hot water it was rather lukewarm :( The tvs didnt have internet or access to apps like netflix though they were called smart tvs.

Friendly staff, large choice of food for breakfast, swimming pool, saunas (for persons from 16 years old)

A barking dog for two evenings (the first evening the receptionist removed the dog at my request), too soft mattresses by the bed, totally insufficient soundproofing of the room especially from the corridor, the hotel does not restrict children to enter the SPA area from a certain hour - no relaxation is possible.

No labels for breakfast items, in case of allergy you would have to ask the staff. The room was quite clean, but when I looked for electrical input behind my bedroom stand, the carpet was not vacuumed and no electrics plug in. Option to charge your phone should be available on both sides of the bed, not on 1 side of the bed only . Only some TV channels available. For 4.5 stars you would expect a bit more orientation to details
