Excellent location, tastefully decorated, spacious room and bathroom, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, and surprisingly quiet although located on a busy street.

Cheap. You can’t find (in short term) anything cheaper for the same conditions (separate room with bath)

Drunken neighbours. I had a great show one night.. insulation is very weak so unfortunately you can hear everything:( the couple was fighting so loud and hitting the doors, walls, I was sincerely scared they will make a hole in my room…The room itself is fine, cleaned, bed ok. Some rooms are on 2nd floor (without elevator), so you need to carry the luggage

Amazing location, dead-center downtown in the middle of the best district. Super easy to get to by car or train. Clean, quiet, incredible value. Quite tricky to find tho, it is hidden in a back courtyard and there's no sign, so be alert.

They need better communcation. Send auto-emails in Polish AND English with clear instructions on how to find the place and how to open the front gate.

I liked the room and location. The location is near the central tram station and at the end of the main street of Lodz. The guy at the front desk was cool with letting me check in a bit earlier as the room was done already. The washroom was shared but nevertheless very clean.

It was possible to hear the other guests opening and closing the doors, specially at night. It wasn't really disturbing as they did not over do it, but it may be inconvenient if there's anyone going back and forth all night to the washroom as it was quite noticeable to hear the doors and steps. Other than that, great place and not really an issue

Nice clean comfortable room, good mattress with a very good pillow. I like hotels with kitchens and their's was very clean and well equipped. Amazing location and easy to go anywhere in the city.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes from Piotrkowska street.

Cleanliness issues. Hairs were in the bed, and there was a forgotten towel from the previous guests.

when you arrive out of front desk opening hours, make sure you received all the information concerning access eg. codes, passwords or key locations- there is nobody there at night.

The first room bathroom was leaking. Had to move to a different room, a higher floor with no elevator, then in the morning had drilling noise, couldn't sleep after 7am. Very bad experience. The guy at the reception bearly knew English

only the location was good

I had an important doctors appointment and couldn't leave the hotel after 7am on 13th. There was noone at reception and the entrance door was locked. Myself and 2 other people were literally trapped and had to wait until 8am till a staff member came to work. Absolutely shocking way of treating guests and poor communication. Next morning there was a guy drilling outside my room from 9am. Making huge noise. There was a lot of dust dirt and mess outside the room. I asked him if he could stop as check out was at 12pm and I had work to do and some phone calls to make. He replied the receptionist told him to do the job and he did not even know I was inside. He left for a few minutes then came back and continued making mess and noise. It was so disrespectful and I would never stay in that place again.Absolutely do not recommend. Stay away from this hostel

The location is very central, yet situated in a quiet internal courtyard, offering a peaceful escape from city noise.Liliana was incredibly helpful, and we managed to communicate well even though I don’t speak any Polish. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything about the premises.The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there.

I was unexpectedly left with no accommodation for the night and booked this last minute at 9pm. Very friendly staff and amazing location. Good and comfy room too. Would definitely recommend :)

Relax is located on Piotrkowska, close enough to the train station. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There is nothing to complain about. I will use it again when I'm back in Łódź.

To be honest there is nothing to complain about. Maybe only the fact that you need to bring your own toiletries is a small minus.

Such good value for money - this is the second time I've stayed here - the single private room I stayed in this time was just as great. Staff are very helpful and accommodating and great to have a fully stocked kitchen on hand to use too. I'm always very pleasently surprised at how much better hostels are in Poland than they are in the UK!
