Boutique Hotel's I Milionowa

This was classified as a 4 star hotel but it deserved none. No hot water, dirty rooms, sketchy location.

Overall it was good

The shower drain was clogged.The faucet sink faucet was moving.The parking on the bed looks kind of scary and on the front of the building it was not much space.

The room was available. The breakfast was good.

The photos make it look updated, but this hotel is well worn. Not gross, but definitely not what the photos suggest. The hallway smelled like BO, and the dirty laundry carts were full and in the hallway.

We were there to attend a concert at atlas arena. It was close. Bed was comfortable decent pillows.

No elevator, no air conditioning, couldn’t open windows because pigeons were on ledge full of poop. Hotel is old and outdated except bathroom was renovated but shower holder was broken already and water leaking out shower doors onto floor.

Good location, parking, good breakfast. AC in rooms.

Although breakfast was included in the room rate, they charged an additional 10 euros per person (and the breakfast wasn’t even worth that). We do not recommend this place.

Breakfast was good

No air-conditioning, it was more than 37 degrees inside.

A spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Electric kettle, cups, and coffee/tea bags were also provided.

We had a room facing the street, and it was a little noisy in the evening and early morning because of the traffic.

The room was too hot, with CLOSED window, though it was 30 degrees and the room under the roof.

Very good accessibility to the city center. excellent breakfast, nice, clean room. Highly recomended.

One of the good things about this hotel is that the shower room has been renovated - big shower, big mirror, lots of light, lots of shelves. There was also a kettle in the room for tea and a packet of tea.

Very poor. The room was very small and dark, there were too dark, not enough light The bed was comfortable, the pillow was the size of a handkerchief, very small and uncomfortable. Sound insulation was very poor. The window of the room overlooked the car park - the noise of cars arriving at night, cars starting work early in the morning. There was no information when booking the accommodation that there was a charge for parking.

Very clean

The faulty door, which has obviously been kicked in several times, looks like it's scary to leave valuables in the room and you don't feel safe.The parking lot is literally 20 cm from the window, and all the noise and exhaust gas from cars is in the room as a result. And instead of the sky, you see someone's bumper.

Kind personnel, clean room, tasty breakfast

Only Polish version of all documents I had to sign. It is not a big problem for a Slavic person but might be quite challenging for somebody from Western Europe, for instance. Not any shower gel in a container in a shower. Fixed hangers in a closet. Understandable move but it makes them impossible to use for T-shirts which I would have like to hang as well.

Check in timings needs to be little flexible and garbage was Infront of the room hall (1st floor) .

Room facing the street are very noisy. Is was impossible to sleep due to night traffic noises. I would ask next time for the room facing the back of the building.

It could be more cleaner, walls had a lot of dark spots and our room had torn curtains.

The staff at the reception was friendly and tried to help. They offer breakfast. I haven't tried it though. Not so far from station Lodz Fabryczna

In the first room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, but they offered another room. There are no sockets next to the beds (even though on booking it's mentioned in the facilities list). Only half of the towel dryer was heating. The shower cabin's door was not completely closing. Cleaning could be done better. Noisy, because of thick walls (many hotels have the same issue). No manager in the hotel. When I wanted to speak to the manager they only told me to text via email and that they have 1 month to reply. I emailed them more than 1 month ago but they never answered...

Easy to check in, easy to find, decent breakfast in the morning. Great staff.

There is not much around, somewhat dated decor, basic amenities in the room.
