    Pros +

    • The reception staff was friendly and courteous, but the pool staff needed replacing. The room was okay, and there was a very nice restaurant with a large selection of dishes and a separate bar elsewhere on the hotel grounds.very good breakfasts
    • The gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were first rate. Extremely clean and well maintained.
    • Big TV and comfy chairs Street parking with plenty of spaces

    Cons -

    • The hotel allows too many guests into the pool area; there's no limit. We specifically chose this hotel to relax in the spa during weekend. The staff doesn't care about quietness when there are large groups – they ignore inappropriate behavior and loud noise. The saunas are filled with shouting and screaming from half-drunk people, with no control over them. The spa area asks guests to leave 20-30 minutes before closing for cleaning – that's so not professional. Furthermore, the spa area is open an hour less on weekends than during the week. It's insane. Apparently the hotel doesn't know what the SPA zone means and what it involves.Next time, I'll look for a different place.
    • Bathroom from 90s
    • That there was no free parking anywhere nearby, but while having a good vehicle, the hotel's parking is decent and protected.

Everything/ Very helpful staff, very good facilities/swimming pool/very spacious rooms , breakfast is diverse and there was top flexibility towards us as guests. Top class and beyond any expectations. Also reasonable price during our stay which is key.

That there was no free parking anywhere nearby, but while having a good vehicle, the hotel's parking is decent and protected.

    Location and clean

Receptionists Alexsndra was not professionnel and not assertive person, she was very cold in communication and no smile, very rude answering questions, did not present well the hotel which we like, also in restaurant there is no written what the food and the origin of the meat, the answer of one of the workers was also very cold and does not speak English,

The room was untidy, and the curtains were dirty. Clothes belonging to other residents were found in the room. The overall cleanliness of the room would only merit a score of 5 out of 10. Additionally, the air conditioner was making noise but was not cooling the room at all.

Clean, spacious room, polite staff, nice various breakfast for both adults and kids

Everything was nice except for the gym's working hours (from 9 a.m. on weekends). It's supposed to be firstly gym, and afterwords breakfast but not vice-versa. And it should be written on booking.com (I didn't find any info).

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The swimming pool and spa were also fine, though the pool is more suitable for children. Adults can stand at any point in it. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the shower fixtures were old. A major issue was the air in the room. There was no fresh air coming in. If the air conditioner is on, you can’t open the window, and if you open the window, it becomes too hot and humid. I also had a serious problem with the room’s exit door. The automatic card system didn’t work well sometimes I had to pull the door for 3 minutes to get it open, and other times it opened in 3 seconds. It was a really frustrating experience.

We liked everything: rooms, location, breakfast, WiFi and very good recreation centre with swimming pools and saunas. Centre was not crowded.

    Good breakfast.

Lumpy pillows, mattress so hard I had to sleep on top of a duvet, junk in stairwell and even a hole in the wall, no main room bin, two cards instead of the usual one, half hearted housekeeping, no pen, no English info in room, variable shower temperature, big blank walls crying out for even one picture, unwelcoming and unsmiling receptionists who said as little as possible. I have stayed in infinitely better 3 star hotels.

    8BrianPosted on: 6-3-2025

Typical full Polish breakfast buffet with everything you would ever ask for.

Pay to park - they have the room and the price is already high.

    9MagdalenaPosted on: 6-2-2025

Great breakfast, all family members were happy about the wide choice. Very comfortable beds.

Located close to a busy street with a lot of traffic noise, but the advantage was that the tram stop was only 2 min away - that was very practical.

Accommodating staffs, nice location. warm pool. saunas are super!

this is the second time that my family booked at Centrum, although the breakfast was good, we noticed that it's the same set of foods. please consider different breakfast style monthly or every 2 months. Parking should be free for hotel customers.
