we were lucky to have huge room. design is very good, breakfast was also great.

Beautiful spacious CLEAN room and bathroom. Well equiped with a proper iron and ironing board. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Well trained charming staff members who were always willing to help.

Excellent historic building with on-site parking. Room is spacious and extremly comfortable with elegant taste. Amazing selection of food for breakfast. Public transport in front of the building and walking distance to trams. The famous Manufaktúra is fifteen minute walk away in the stunning, vibrant city.

The hotel is good, it is not far away from the famous Piotrkowska Street, and the Manifaktura :10 minute-walk. The room was very large, confortable and quite. Breakfast has a large varity of food, both savoury and Sweet. The hotel has its owen parking lot and the Price was 120 zl For 2 days. At the end I decided to Park the car along the Street in front of the there is a paid parking lot that The Price is € 1 per hour. From my Point of view is was more convenient to Park my car outsite of the hotel

Brand new hotel with art deco / pop art interior. Spacious rooms and luxurious breakfast. 10 min walk from main shopping mall in Lodz - Manufaktura

You must pay around 15€ for hotel parking which is not value for money, especially if you arrive later of the day as public parking is cheaper and you can easy find space in the street.

Beautiful hotel, excellent services and a wonderful breakfast, big confortable room. If i return to Lodz, i will come back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Aiden by Best Western Lodz. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms felt very spacious, which made for a relaxing and pleasant experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The bathroom was also impressively large and spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh choices to suit all tastes. Another great convenience was having two Żabka stores in the neighboring buildings, making it easy to grab extra snacks or anything else we needed.

While our stay was overall very pleasant, there are a few points that could be improved. The breakfast staff, while competent and efficient, did not come across as particularly friendly, which took away a little from the otherwise enjoyable breakfast experience. We also feel that the breakfast times could be adjusted to better match the check-out schedule — for example, if check-out is at 11:00, breakfast should go until 10:00, or ideally, check-out could be extended to 12:00 with breakfast served until 11:00. As it is, it can feel like a bit of a rush to finish breakfast and check out immediately afterwards.Another point is that the shower water pressure was not very strong, and this seemed consistent no matter what time of day we tried. We understand this may be due to the building’s age, even though it has been fully renovated.

Beautiful new hotel – spotless, well-maintained, and with spacious rooms. The air conditioning and ventilation work perfectly, making the stay very comfortable. As the hotel is still new, it’s pleasantly quiet, though the breakfast selection is a bit limited. I appreciated being able to park my car right on the street in front of the hotel, with free parking over the weekend

The room was spacious, had a big wardrobe, a safe big enough for at least 14" notebook and nice shower. Staff were kind to store my bag after checkout while I did some last things in the city until leaving.

Amazing place, exceptional tidy, very clean. We loved beautiful interior, tasty breakfast. Would love to come back!

Good location, spacious room and bathroom.

The windows of my room on the 1st floor faced the street. In the morning it was very noisy because of the cars passing through the tram stop located under my windows. Even when you are lying in bed, you can feel the vibration. Very high costs of parking places.

Really big room, everything was setup great, nice building as well in the center of the city, good access to everything

The access from the main road was locked and you needed to use the entrance from the parking lot which was a bit weird. We did not receive the wifi password and did not even bother as the wifi signal for the room was very bad.

Quiet location but close to city centre.

Room not cleaned one day but was handled very well by the reception staff when I requested fresh towels. Car parking is expensive which seems standard for city centre Lodz.

Friendly and responsive staff. Large, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Large and perfectly equipped bathroom. Delicious and extensive breakfast. Parking in the yard. Excellent price/quality.

The hotel has really beautiful interiors. The room's design is very well-thought-out and everything has a function. Double-railed blackout curtains do not let any light inside the room, so you can sleep without interruptions in an extremely comfortable and long (it doesn't happen often with me being 190cm) bed. The sound insulation is on a very high level, and you can barely hear the doors of other rooms closing. Parking is also very convenient.
