Central location right by the beach, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast.

Sauna is too small so we did not get a chance to use it because it was always occupied. No direct elevator for parking garage to our room so you always get to transfer to a different elevator in a different part of the building.

Superb boutique hotel with a quiet class that matches the small resort of Cadzand-Bad. Excellent facilities and attention to detail. The breakfast may well be the best continental breakfast we have ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely nights stay

Cleanliness design friendly staff location and great breakfast

One of the best breakfast I have ever experienced. So much choice and variety, really nice! Also the hotel is beautiful. We had a room with sea view and what an amazing view that was. So relaxing and calming. The beds were really comfortable. We had dinner at Beach Boy, also recommendable. Really want to come back here!

While the shower is powerful, we had trouble in finding the right temperature as that is not really intuitive.

Very modern hotel, with lovely staff, spacious room, with balcony at a great location with direct access to the beach. Breakfast was very good, bit busy, so that is why they book you in for a specific time slot. The hotel is high price range.

Check out at 11 on spot, so even if they allow you to stay till 12; your hotel card gets blocked, and it took some time to get it unblock to get back to the room.

I had high hopes for my stay at Strandhotel Cadzand to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but the experience was, unfortunately, a complete disappointment. I had arranged a special welcome with flowers and champagne, both of which were paid for in advance to make the occasion memorable. However, when we arrived in our room, there was absolutely nothing prepared. No flowers, no champagne—just a standard room that hardly felt celebratory.Upon alerting the reception, they checked and acknowledged the payment and confirmed they had received the request. However, they had simply “forgotten” to arrange anything, leaving us with wasted time at the reception desk and a dampened start to our stay. Rather than a genuine attempt at making it right, they only offered a simple reimbursement with some hollow apologies, refusing to provide even the paid-for champagne as a gesture of goodwill. This lack of responsibility or effort to smooth over their error was incredibly disappointing.The room itself was underwhelming, especially considering the high price tag. The bathroom was stark, with a rushed, unfinished feel to it—almost as if the painter had skipped the final touch-ups. The wall finish in the bathroom was poorly done, and the walls in the toilet seemed incomplete, with spots where the paint was missing.At over €200 a night, this experience was nothing close to the quality expected or advertised. Strandhotel Cadzand unfortunately fell short in hospitality, aesthetics, and service recovery. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a polished experience or a place that genuinely cares about your special moments.

Breakfast was great, but too crowded (Sunday morning at 10’)

Breakfast was extensive and very nice. We stayed in a well-appointed family room. It’s a very nicely decorated hotel, in a very good central location.

NOISE!!!! At 7:30 oil was delivered to the hotel - it was extremely noisy and took 1,5hr. In the morning in summer holiday season. We stayed for 1 night hoping for a quiet, restful stay…instead we were woken up early. It was horrendous. I explained it to reception staff and asked to be contacted by mgmt. Never happened. For a hotel stay if 500€ / night…this is really unacceptable!! Such a disappointment. BATHROOM SMELLBAR WAS CLOSED

Absence of atmosphere: no terrace, bar too often closed, dark swimming pool, breakfast in other building

The staff, we asked for late check out, they said yes no problem , then called us to leave immediately they needed our rooms NOW.

Opened at 08:00. Earlier would have been better

To use the bathroom at night you have to turn on all bathroom lights. No door on the bathroom. Thus you wake up your partner with bright lights in the middle of the night

Bar didn’t open until 8 pm. Restaurant on site was extremely expensive.

Room was great, breakfast was excellent, albeit somewhat busy. Location, location, location: Excellent. The accompanying restaurants are brilliant.

Can’t think of anything

When I was younger I watched this hotel being built so I wanted to stay here at least once even though it is quite expensive.The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable like in every decent hotel. It is a pity you have to pay extra for a seaview but as we only stayed one night I wanted to see the town anyway. Location is great of course and it's nice to have your in own entry/exit onto the beach. The breakfast is something else! I don't think I have ever had a tastier and more diverse one.

For this price you'd expect bigger towels in the bathroom and for the saunas to work well (one didn't work at all!).
