Staff was friendly.

The hotel charged me extra when we arrived which was unexpected. Also, when i asked to try the beer on tap, i was charged for it. Basically, anything they could charge for, they did.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Quiet and peaceful location. Easy access into city.

Could vary the breakfast buffet from day to day.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Fletcher Familiehotel in Paterswolde. Rooms, cleanness, staff and the restaurant were all good and satisfactory.

Everything was quite nice. It was just the snowy and stormy outside and the rooms were a bit cold as we could not change the heaters level easily. But again, the staff were very helpful.

Very good breakfast and good dinner. Enjoyed the swimmingpool

The floor in the room has to be renewed. Also the doors of the showerWhen we arrived there was a power failure , not only of the hotel.(few hours) It would have been nice to get a drink on behalf of the hotel

Friendly staff, although I encountered a lot of young (student?) staff who were friendly and professional, and offered standard service not seeming to be interested to go to extra mile

Outdated room decoration and facility decoration, good beds, leakage in bathroom, yellow-pastel themes tiles in bath room, stains on carpet.

Nice hotel, good room. You can walk along lake.

Pillows need to improve

Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms, free parking, friendly staff, a nice collection of paintings in the entrance. Wonderful dinners.

It needs some renovation due to stains on floors and peeling wallpapers. Breakfast is a bit basic

In arrival the room was cold, heating off!!! While they know I was coming.Breakfast only available from 08.00….

Location is good

Very very rubbish breakfast! The most basic and underwhelming thing I have been charged €20 for. Absolutely not worth it! Don’t book it! Not worth it! Jump in the car and go somewhere nice. The crappiest towels too. It was a very thin rag of a towel. No slippers included, no extra towels. Veeerrry bottom service and room facilities for what they charge. Not worth it.

I deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Groningen - I got offered a clean and spacious room with a king size bed, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff included.

Carpet looked a bit too used over the years

Forgot to pick up my money from the save when leaving. I phoned them from home. They were very helpful and sent it to me in Switzerland without any hesitation. Thats what I call ‚customer service !

Comfortable spacious rooms and beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and nice sunny terrace.

Large comfortable room. Pool and gym available. Free parking. Meals available on site. Bus stop out front for Groningen-convenient.

Great swimming pool - very clean! Room size is good, beds are comfortable. Lots of parking space.

Loetje restaurant has very dull menu, slow service and unknowledgeable about menu. Small portions. Breakfast is a sad array of random leftovers. Room towels are very thin, only one towel per person (nice to have one for the sink/hands & one for the shower). Hotel decor is outdated. No towels at pool-side (given only one towel per person in room!).Price is MUCH too high for quality of accommodation!

Swim and sauna

Should of been told no early breakfast as we had to leave early And did not like paper cups in room for coffee Also sauna had 2 naked men in should be a sign up to keep swim wear on

Hotel is located in nice and quite area full of trees and with huge lake 10 minutes walk where I could just sit down, relax and watch sunset. Hotel's got 24h reception so doesn't matter what time you turn up, they always take you in and provide with everything you need. Restaurant was brilliant and tasty, staff very friendly and helpful as in restaurant as in hotel part. Next time when I'll be on similar travels, I'm sure I'll be back again. Thank you. Dominik.

The location, it was nearby the wedding location.

The rooms were very small, dirty, noisy and it was way too warm (minimum temperature on the ac was 23 degrees Celsius.
