I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much, all the facilities in the room were great - shower, bath, coffee machine. the area itself is beautiful - a nice forest to walk in, some other attractions nearby as well. There's a small pool and sauna as well, open 0800 - 2300 so you have plenty of time to visit and relax. what really did it for me was the breakfast and dinner! they have an incredible restaurant! the a la-carte breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. the dinner was just excellent, like in a fine restaurant. the staff was friendly and helpful too. I will definitely recommend this place!

The two cons I saw are - the beds were ok, nothing great. there's no AC in the room, only heating, and a fan. both not amazing but totally fine. the pros heavily outweigh this.

Beautiful surroundings, good for walking, next to beelden tuin which was a pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Wellness center (fitness, swimming pool and sauna) also clean and well maintained. Breakfast excellent lots of choice and plenty. Good coffee.

Location and carpark

The property is getting older without upgrades for some years now. Mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. That cleaning needs to be requested on daily basis is just ridiculous, that does not speak service.

Beautiful location. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Nice welcome for the dog too. We did not get to use the spa so cannot rate that.

It was quite warm in the room although the windows opened and there was a fan too- however with the mosquitoes maybe window screens would help. The dog charge was quite high.

Excellent staff, room, location, breakfast & price. No airco.It was no problem because of the weather, but if it gets hot .....The room had a standing fan.

The location with pretty views of the woods was lovely. Great if you fancy a hike or bike ride or just want the peace of nature around you. And you're close to a few nice local towns. Staff are very warm and pleasant.

The dinner choices were very limited and the food, although decent, won't win any prizes. The gym and wellness really need improvement, they are hardly worth a visit.

the heater was not working as the weather gets a bit warmer in the NL. However at night it is cold.

Great breakfast buffet. The sauna was really nice with free private booking between 8:00 and 18:00 hours and open access after 18:00 hours (swimwear necessary). Overall great location in the middle of nature

We are sad to write this cause we loved the hotel very much, but the bathroom of our room smelled very bad. It was not a problem from the swimming pool, which was under repair, but from the bathroom pipes. We had to leave the windows open, and when we came back from an outing, the whole room smelled really bad. We informed the reception and they were very helpful, cleaned the toilets and sprayed the room, but it did not help because it was a plumbing issue. Without the bad bathroom smell, it would have been a solid 10.

A beautiful hotel in the forest, the rooms are very clean.

Although it was stated in the description that there were kitchen supplies, unfortunately there were missing supplies such as pans, pots, knives, etc.

Booking.com price match. Non existent! Cheaper booking direct and I proved it. Customer service very unhelpful.

Breakfast needs some changes. Everyday same and no alternatives. For example i want to have white cheese and olives.

Beautiful location, with good facilities. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean.There is a pool available with attached sauna you can reserve for free at the reception!Besides, they also made our dog feel welcome which was really nice.

In some parts the property seems more ended towards business visitors and the fitness room was hard to locate.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to Utrecht and Amersfoort. Breakfast was very good, and we always had a lot to choose from. Personnel was always helpful.The restaurant has very delicious dinners.

Nothing that really impacted our stay, but a bit of refresh of the interior would be good. We had to change our room because one of the windows couldn't close. But we were directly offered another room in the same range, so really nothing to complain :)

Clean and spacious bedroom, great breakfast, very friendly staff, beautiful place and location

Breakfast was fabulous. The room was great as well........and so was the staff at the front desk. Also the location is absolutely A1.

We were at the hotel for 8 days and after 5 days had to ask to have the bed linen changed. Since I am perspiring a fair bit, we prefer to have clean and fresh bed linen every 4 or 5 days or so. A staff member promised to have it done the following day.................however, that following day the bed linen still had not been changed, so we had to ask again a second time. That was thankfully followed up with prompt action.

Glorious location.good buffet breakfast.

5 night stay and no change of bed sheets.Net curtains in room 329 were covered in large dead flies which had been squashed,hence blood and entrails on the curtains and windows.Overflow in sink was filthy and needed a good dose of bleach.(not eco friendly perhaps but a necessity)

The hotel itself (garden and hotel area interior) is beautiful.A lot of parking space, location was great for us to access all of our points of interest (with a car) in this part of the Netherlands.Our room was very spacious.

Our room was very outdated and not on par with how the hotel itself looked.It needs urgent renovation.The pillows were too big for our taste and weren’t good for our back.
