Great location, nice and clean house. A lot of activities for kids including exceptional climbing park just across the street

the mattresses were too soft for us

We liked the design of the house, it was very convenient to park directly in front of it. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet. The outside seating is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped and there was everything we needed.

We struggled a bit with heating as it went off a couple of times and we lacked a check-out box for keys. The reception opens only at 9 a.m. which can be too late for some travellers and we did not find any box to leave the key.

The park is close to the forest which is nice. The beds were comfy and the sauna in the garden is great.

We were assigned a cottage that was near the entrance, close to ventilators of the swimming pool and next to a building site which was not great. The indoor swimming pool is very small.

The accommodation was clean, neat and quiet, spacious and the facilities are ideal for relaxation, I enjoyed the Sauna, the spa bath tab was the best. The bed was comfortable, and the entire stay was absolutely relaxing.

We didn’t have hot water in one bathroom for four of the five days. The central heating was noisy and interrupted sleep. We could t get extra pillows and ended up buying some for ourselves

The location is fantastic. The accommodation very new, comfortable, warm, nicely decorated and super clean.

No towels in the bathroom, if you do not pre-order them. The problem is that if you do not understand that at the time of the booking and you arrive after the closing of the reception, you cannot get any towels until next day. I would rather prefer more detailed info on that to be provided during the booking, as it is an essential issue.

Very nice cabin! Well occupied. The parking near the cabin is great.

The swimming pool is closed by 16. Too early for us.

Beautiful house. Really nicely done with the style. Plenty of things to do for kids.

You have to pay for everything extra. No towels available even. They charge 150 euro extra deposit plus you got a list of what to do before departure and need to do full cleaning before leaving. Otherwise it says you won't get your deposit back.

The rooms were clean, spacious and new. The resort is at a perfect location. High value for the money.

The only thing that bothered was a glass door in the bedroom that we could not cover. With sunset at 10pm it was hard with children.

Such a beautiful place! The ambiance was great, location was great, amenities were great and convenient, comfortable beds, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, and great value!

The only thing I wish they had were screened windows so that we can open them without worrying about bugs coming in. But this is very minor. Everything was perfect for our family!

Host should atleast provide a starter set of atleast 1 towel to start and then you can rent towels.

Incredible location in the woods with lots of places to hike, bike and do other activities. The room and location is very professional and clean. Would book this again. Also, bonus points for the 60 kW DC fast charger and multiple 22 kW AC chargers on site for use by guests.

Everything is very new and cleaned. Garden is great. Especially sauna is very gut facility.

We checked late that day and thought there would be towels. But there were no towel and I asked someone(emergency call). He said we have to wait tomorrow and then I can buy it. We were very frustrated. I have no experience to buy towel like this chalet. That's one thing that I feel uncomfortable about this chalet.

We liked everything. the property was good size for all of us - 4 adults, toddler, 2 little dogs.Kitchen has everything you may need and even more, everything was clean and in perfect condition.

Sauna was not hot enough for us. the cold was coming through the floor.

The location is amazing. Close to two lovely and beautiful cities - Harderen and Putten. A fair distance to big cities Amersfort and Apeldoorn. The nature around is amazing. A lot of good attractions and activities around. The chalet is warm and cozy, excellent for a small family. The staff is helpful, nice and kind. Definitely recommended.

The pool was not working during our stay (we were off season). But there's amazing aquapark in Putten.The internet is slow. The mattress and the pillows could be much better, we even decided to purchase pillows by ourselves in the nearest city.There's no washing machines in the chalet, and the laundry is relatively expensive - 5.5Euro + 3.5Euro for the dryer.Not a smart-TV

The TV didn't work and after reporting was not fixed during our entire weekend stay.

A new and well organised apartment with garden and sauna. The whole village is located in the nature with shops nearby.

Room space is a little bit limited.

The location and the rented chalet was perfect. The staff at the reception is great as well. Just for the house, a great place to be for all other go of the park and enjoy the area.

The staff at the facilities (restaurant / bowling etc.) are rude and where not working at all. Just hanging behind the counter, smoking and drinking (alcohol) outside and making a lot of noise. So the service is really bad at this park restaurant. There was trash everywhere flying around outside and the service, while half was doing noting uses the under staffment as an excuse of the bad service. Now TopParken says: "They are not part of us", but as its located on the park I consider it is. I recommend everyone to eat and drink elsewhere.
