uncomfortable bed, cold room during first 2 days as heating was managed by air con unit but central air con was unvalidated, poor quality of breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The advantages included friendly and welcoming staff, excellent and varied breakfasts, cleanliness and comfort, as well as a convenient location in a picturesque corner of Tczew on the banks of the Vistula River. We definitely recommend it!

Hotel was simply equipped, but great for a one-night stay. Good A/C and beds were surprisingly comfortable.

No overnight reception, so if there was an issue it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day or late check-ins wouldn’t be possible. (Not that I had an issue)

If you aren’t speaking polish, do not book at this hotel.We booked our stay though booking.com and was promised that the staff speaks English, that a big lie. Every time we tried to communicate with them on message, we wrote on English and they’re reply was on polish.The day we checked in, the receptionist English was so bad that she spoke Polish to my wife who understand a little bit but do not speak it and we replied on English. Don’t think we haven’t gotten our rooms if we didn’t understand a little polish. At the breakfast the staff spoke Polish to us and when we ask on polish if they spoke English we got a no. The same an evening where we would get some dinner the waitress was so lost and even when we tried to communicate on polish she wouldn’t/couldn’t even understand us because the grammar was a little out.The room was seriously hot and the only thing to cool it down was a really bad floor fan, the temperature was higher in the room than outside. We were awakened early in the morning because on the floor under our room the were making the breakfast ready, the sound isolation wasn’t existing.The breakfast wasn’t even good, if you didn’t speak polish, you wouldn’t get eggs, bacon and sausages. The sausages was some cheap ones you by in the store for hotdogs not breakfast. The bread was dry, the meat topping and dairy products was hot.The best advice I can give for non polish speakers, do not stay here.

Very welcoming and great location on the river and a short walk from town square. Lovely breakfast and great value for money.

No aircon (which we knew about in advance). There was a fan in room and was fine for a short stay.

The location is perfect for us, overlooking the Vistula River and only 5mins walk to Old Town.Staff are great especially Carolina who speaks English well and helped us in every way she can to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.Our room with the view of the Vistula River couldn’t get better than that.There is plenty of space to move around in our room. Beds are comfortable. Adequate heating and lighting. Nice breakfast, but could do with more fruit and cooked dishes.

The pillows are shockingly uncomfortable, too soft and no neck support in them. Medium to firm pillows would have been perfect and would added to a perfectly good night sleep.The bathroom is very small and literally you can brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet!

Nice staff and welcome. Rooms with high ceiling. Great location to go for a walk along the river or into the old town.

Although rooms are non smoking, you can smell that they were smoking rooms before.

Very nice hotel in the center of Tczew. Located right at the banks of Wisła. Room was big, bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful - we came to Tczew by bikes and they helped us to keep them safe during the night :)

The only thing the room lacked is air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our stay and even the fan provided by the hotel (that is a big plus!) didn't help much.

Very clean, beautiful view to the river Wisla. The Staff was friendly and service was great.

There wasn't a air conditioner in the room but outside was +30 degrees. But I believe it was jut some days and later it will be normal temperature in room again.
