Lovely, quirky little hotel with great hospitality. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. LOVED the big fire always lit. Lots of games and books as well.

This is a nice small hotel, beautifully designed. They offer accommodation at resonance price, especially for families. We loved the design of the room, however, really struggled with the toilet. First of all, toilet room was less than 1sqm, we didn’t understand how it was even possible to create this project and get it approved. When you sit on it (pardon me for the details), you most likely smash your forehead at the wall. But that wasn’t the main issue, we could not see functional ventilation (I am not sure if it’s there at all). For a family of 5, having a tiny (less than 1sqm) toilet without ventilation was a real disaster. Obviously, that fact affected our stay, we had to wait longer than normal while taking turns. We even tried to use the other toilet but it wasn’t ideal. We have been travelling in Europe for 4 weeks at that stage and that was the issue we never had before. Location- please check the location. It worked for us as we were driving and it wasn’t a problem to drive to the train station, however, by foot it’s good 3km and the surroundings are not scenic, so probably not ideal. Trains come every 30 min(not 15) and it takes 4 stops (maybe 15-20min) to get to the main station in Amsterdam. We were also offered a breakfast for EURO 14.75 which didn’t include any hot food, my understanding is that they do not have a kitchen, so they offer only cold food. We declined that option and were able to get simple hot breakfast in the cafe near the hotel at Euro7,5. Again, the overall impression is nice and as I said the interior design looks lovely, however, it appeared to be not so practical for 5 people and a tiny toilet. It should be ok for 1-2 people.

The bed Was very comfortable and we both slept very sound .very modern bathroom The coffee was lovely
The breakfast was OK
Quirky and nice big airy spaces. Lots of character.
No windows that could be opened
We liked the place it was nice
The fridge in the room didn't work but there was a general drinking fridge in the lobby and we used it.
Friendly staff, ambiance of the church setting.
The vagueness of staff. Didn't know where they were situated on a map and proximity to places.Too far from train station
Beautiful quirky design, friendly staffVery cleanComfortable beds
Toilet very small, not enough space between door and toilet seatStairs to mezzanine level very narrow and no safety railMezzanine level close to ceiling beams
Location, interior design, breakfast, owner kindness TOP
Excellent hotel with a personal touch. The host was really helpful and provided useful information about the area. It's in an old church and has a unique style and character.
nothing really
A really welcoming and relaxed hotel with an incredibly comfortable room for three. The shower was fabulous and excellent tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is very individual and has a lovely roof terrace that unfortunately we could not take advantage of because of the weather. We were on a cycling holiday and the breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day ahead. The owner is exceptionally nice and helpful.
Nothing - loved everything about it.
Very impressive venue with great staff and good breakfast!
The key locker to get into the hotel after opening hours of the reception was a little challenging
Lovely location, perfect room and very comfortable
Provide bottle water in room
The rooms were spacious and big enough. Very comfortable beds. Modern touch displays for heating and lighting. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The WC was really very tight. The breakfast was too basic.
I liked the friendliness of the profissionals and their willingness to give us suggestions for visits to the region.
The air conditioning did not heat the room enough.
Originally an old church, this quirky modern hotel was a great experience in the middle of the polder landscape of Noord Holland
We just liked it
Fantastic boutique hotel in Wormer, approx 20 min outside of Amsterdam central. The rooms were fantastic - so spacious and stylish, and the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding town was very quaint, with plenty of facilities outside. The owner was nice and hospitable. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
