Strategic location. Excellent staff and especially Jorje who was exceptional. He is customer focused and very helpful.

Room was beautifully decorated, large for European standards (having area for tv/table separate from area for bed). Shower was large and powerful.

On 2nd fl, sea view was obstructed by ugly building in front to boot. We were not given option for higher floor even though hotel was not full. We booked this particular hotel because it had a spa, but it was not working and at check in the staff said it was. The option they gave when we complained was to go across town to their sister property. The pool bar was also closed for the season.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were pretty large and had everything you could want. The front staff was great and super attentive to anything we needed. It was v sufficient for our trip!

I’m not going to lie, the pictures were a little deceiving. There isn’t any view of the beach and there’s a big building right in front that obstruct any view from rooms below the pool and the pool itself. Not sure if the higher rooms have a better view but was really expecting to have a super vibey pool area to hang out at with a great view, and that was not the case.I do think for what you get it’s a little expensive, I get that it’s Ibiza, but felt like we could’ve paid less for what we got.

Jorge at the reception is a very sweet and nice guy. I will come back next year to the same hotel solely because of him. He took care of us and was always welcoming. Promote him!!!!

Dark room, no view, which felt expensive for what we had paid. Disappointing not to be able to use the pool after 7pm. Would have liked it much more if our room had some light, a view.

Absolutely charming place especially with the sea view that I would highly recommend over any other room. Staff were excellent throughout and very accommodating. Hotel is a 2min walk from the beach as well as restaurants and cafes. Convenience stores and bank atm all within a 5min walk. Free parking within a 10-12min walk (parking vila parc) - you can park for free within any white marked lines. Blue marked lines are paid parking (up to 2 hours but free after 2pm Saturday and all day Sunday). The spa is an added bonus with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi however you can only pre book for an hour at a time and we had to ask staff to turn on the facilities due to not being on or ready when we arrived at the spa (this happened 3 out of 5 times. The spa use is private so a big plus there!

The bathroom in the master bedroom was leaking when we took a shower and water was flowing into the bedroom. We had to put lots of towels to soak the water

Fantastic stay! Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast has very good choices. Also the staff is super friendly.

Onr of the Lady at the reception was Rude and unprofessional and wore the Most unwelcoming Expression. We had some issues on First Day and how she hadled it was a Bit unprofessional and rude. Other days she wont even smile
