Hotel Vibra Lei Ibiza

Good location, close to taxi stand and close to figurettes beach and many restaurants.

There was urine in the bathroom when I arrived.

the staff, they are ready to help you with any question and concern

the rooms are very thin and the sound proofing is very bad, you can hear pretty much every sound

Location was great... only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a Dot Scooter ride to the clubs!

The room was really small, especially for the price.

Room was very comfortable and perfect for solo travelers. Location was right in the midst of restaurants and just a block from the beach. Breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious! Highly recommend for solo travels.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, generous portions, and tasty coffee. It was a pleasant surprise that the coffee was unlimited. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, incredibly beautiful, with crystal-clear water. Everything you need is nearby—shops and delightful cafes with excellent food and diverse menus. The location is very convenient. Special thanks to the staff for their friendliness and attentive, personalized service. They stored our luggage in the storage room after check-out since our flight was in the evening, and the hotel also provided essentials for the beach, like a large foldable beach umbrella and towels.

What could be improved: You can hear the neighbors; it's not a major issue, but it would be great to have better soundproofing

The room was a good size, and I enjoyed having an a/c and balcony.

This stay was okay, however upon an error made when booking I was woken up to call letting me know to check out, which is fine if it was wrong. The problem is how staff handled it. Yelling and screaming at someone who had just woke up and was clearly confused. The told me to come down and they’d try to help me with another room, I handed her my key and she said nothing and went on about her day. Customer service is everything. I would not recommend to another solo traveler.

Great location with a nice cool room.

We did the Triathlon - the hotel kindly provided an early breakfast on the race morning but 2 dry sandwiches wasn't great.

- The best thing about this hotel is the location - it is walking distance (15 mins) from the seaport to get a ferry - The breakfast was included and it allowed you to choose a number of different options from the menu- The bathroom was modern and the shower worked well

Extremely noisy! Some people staying at the hotel next door came back at 5 am and they were extremely loud

Unprofessional staff

Inspite of prior intimation by me, and confirmation by Vibra Lei Ibiza. when we reached there at 5.30 pm they gave a shocker to us stating they are closing hotel in 2 days, some toilets are not functioning- so they can’t accommodate us but will arrange alternative accommodation in their group hotel ( Vibra Lux Mar), located about 500 metres away. So we had to walk with our luggage and there also had to wait another 30 minutes before being given a room. Initially, Lux Mar receptionist told us we may have to move back to Lei Ibiza the next day if more people come but fortunately that didn’t happen and we could stay at Vibra Lux Mar for our 2 nights booked. A harrowing experience for us, and unprofessional attitude by hotel staff left a lingering bad taste in our otherwise happy experience in Ibiza!

Good location and friendly staff

There wasn’t a fridge in the room. And since our room was near the lift, we heard the door lift every times it was opened, especially at night

Budget hotel. Won’t do it again.

The staff were mostly rude. Some were okay. But generally curt. The lift also didn’t work at one point and I got no warning. No help with luggage either.

Breakfast and location ok

Noisy hotel rooms small and very basic. First room we were given looked at a brick wall was moved but to ground floor which didn’t feel very secure. Asked to be moved to another hotel to be fair they tried but nothing available. No coffee tea making facilities.

Great location very central and walking distance to supermarkets, city center, beach, ports, airport. The cleanliness done by an excellent cleaners everyday.

We had a room with no functional Tv and the bathroom door couldn’t close at all this is something that shouldn’t happened! Rooms should be checked before the guest comes especially if they come late, so embarrassing! We had a new room the next day thanks to the professional receptionist. The price is too high for the a basic standard hotel. The breakfast is very boring, option are limited the quality of the food isn’t great. The staff are friendly but, i felt like sometimes they gave you the strange look especially as a gay person. Guests don’t respect others especially night time, you can hear everything.It was a nightmare to park around the hotel… The concierge room where guests leaves their luggage should be more secured and anyone can take any bag and walk away. It’s is my experience.

Great location close to the beach and attractions. Decent sized room,clean and good breakfast.

Paper thin walls, it’s quite loud when everybody comes back from clubbing, suggest you get earplugs.

The hotel was noisy you can hear all guests coming in late each night, Location of perfect and staff lovely. You just don’t get much sleep. We asked for twin beds when we booked and didn’t get this. Best thing is to also in the top for floor.We asked for a quiet suite didn’t get this. We were only there 2 nights but location is perfect I just think £700 plus for 2 nights in a basic suite is too much. Also the breakfast is basic but nice.

Such a cute hotel just off the Main Street with almost everything you need on your door step including a cute beach. Very clean room and fully equipped with WiFi, hot water, a balcony with a view, air con and a TV. Staff were super friendly when I checked in and every day for breakfast. If your travelling solo like me or as a couple I definitely recommend and it’s worth the value for money

I could hear everything from my next door rooms which was some what disruptive at night when they come in from a night out but that can’t be helped and isn’t the hotel’s fault

All staff was super friendly and helpful. They also let us have a shower after the last beach day, 10h after we actually checked out. We haven't experienced any issue whatsoever. Highly recommended, and good value for money.
