Proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities.

The room could’ve been much cleaner. The floors, walls and restroom needed a deep clean. Additionally, having a small fridge in the room would have been nice.

Loved my lil room and the property and the restaurant was so great to walk to Dalt Vila and walk the beach so groovy! The breakfast was amazing and I loved the restaurant so good!

Didnt expect much as it was relatively cheap and it's a nice hotel, a bit dated and most things pretty basic but no complaints! Miska at the front desk went above and beyond and that alone made the whole experience great!

No chance of a lie in as you can hear the cleaners coming from a mile off!

Staff was nice.

The facility is incredibly rundown. The room has a stale smell throughout and is overall gross. The bed only has one very thin sheet, making sleep miserable. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Location was perfect, in the ce tee of Ibiza, 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants

Gym opens too late in the morning, the restaurant inside feels like a canteen, the selection of the buffet is poor, the chairs outside are ruined and dirty.The inside pool is too depressive, the toilet smelled like sewage.

Great location right on the promenade with amazing views. Room was basic but everything we needed for a nice weekend was there.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming but selection was decent.Even though the hotel says parking is available, it was fully booked (even in low season) and we had to park outside of the city instead.

Great breakfast but could do with some more options for those who don't eat pork.Great gym facilities with weights a little shame the pool isn't outdoors. Great balcony and comfortable bed. Good use of plug sockets in the room.

Staff were exceptional. One of our party had a nut allergy and chef cooked items specifically for her. Beautiful location, indoor pool lovely and warm. Cannot fault- will be back!

Rooms don’t have refrigerators. The beds were uncomfortable too. Breakfast was great. Private beach and the restaurant were great . But the beach does not have sun loungers.

Nice sea view from my balcony (it was as shown when I booked, which is often not the case). Room was fine, pool area very relaxing.

Rather noisy - the long corridors carry sound

Great location for exploring Ibiza town and Dalt Villa. Lovely sea view and access on to the beach and Passeig. Breakfasts were buffet style with plenty of choice on cooked and continental offerings. Room was clean with good facilities, nice to have a bath as well as a shower over.

Hotel has no parking but as we got a lift from family it didn't bother us.

The buffet for dinner is a joke! For 18€ you have nothing. The menu is okay but expansive Better eat elsewhere

Good location but couldn’t sleep because the walls are so thin

Very loud. I could hear conversations from both neighbours. Very thin walls.

The sea view from the balcony was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was provided without a fuss and with a smile. Isaac and Gaby in the bar/restaurant and Miska in reception made us feel especially welcome.

we could hear every word, music, toilet flush, etc. ... from the neighbour room, the walls did not covered one sound.

Hotel on the sea front and an easy walk into the town and port area. Late bar but could improve the seating setup. Breakfast ok with a mix of items every day.The staff made this Hotel and were first class in every area.

The bedroom we had was poor . The bathroom needs work toilet not fixed to the wall . Some damaged tiles and very old internal doors and old and past there best patio doors onto the terrace.
