Our day was excellent! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was also very nice. A relaxing atmosphere for couples or groups of adults. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous property in a perfect location. Just steps from Ibiza Town and beachside restaurants, and not a far walk from Playa d’en Bossa. I found myself walking home from the clubs on that side of a town a few times! The staff were all very friendly, but the man they have overnights was truly a JOY. He was so sweet and great conversation. Our whole group would chitchat with him every night.

We arrived early in the morning and we were able to check our bags and use the showers and facilities well before checking in! We were able to enjoy the cabanas and pool area until our room was ready. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great service and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The location was phenominal and we can't wait to return!! The breakfast offered was amazing and was the perfect start to the day and the Sky Bar was a great way to end the evening! My wife and I took advantage of the spa and we loved it!

The hotel is very clean and decorated well. It felt intimate and personable and is in a great location, too. The staff are friendly and approachable and nothing seems too much trouble. Communicate from the staff is great as well - I really appreciated the WhatsApp message I received a few days before my stay.

The cost of the cocktails were expensive. It meant that we chose to go out more than we would have normally as the prices of p were a lot cheaper in places around the hotel. Although, I must add here that the cocktails were very nice at the hotel.

The hotel is your cute, it’s presentable, clean, and is full of charm. The pool is nice although you do hear traffic but that’s no big issue. The staff are very pleasant and the location is great and only a short walk from plenty of things. It worked for our stay in Ibiza although I wouldn’t book again!

The rooms are small which can be expected in a city centre hotel, although we’re not quite in the city centre, although the location is very good. The hotel is noisy, VERY VERY noisy. Good luck should you be out into the room 117, you hear every single person walking up and down the stairs, every person who enters the building into the reception area and the air conditioning sounds like a chain chugging through your room all night, you can’t switch it off as it’s so hot you will melt! Add to this the blinding lights that come through the windows and curtains and you have the perfect mix of everything needed to ruin a good nights sleep. Granted the staff did move us without question, it was evident we weren’t the first to complain but the only room they had was behind the reception desk so while the Ac issue was fixed you did get a very early wake up call from all the staff and the spa pumps kick starting at the crack of dawn. Combe moved to a room where the noise wasn’t a problem the hotel was lovely, although you still hear every noise it was much better. However given the utter joke that room 117 is and the fact that it is Litterally impossible to sleep in there, the room simply shouldn’t be given to guests.

The location and style was excellent. As was the breakfast and gym facilities. Staff were very helpful too and left us a complimentary bottle of cava for our honeymoon. Very kind

We paid for a superior room and was very disappointed as it was our honeymoon so “splashed out” the room was very small and bathroom was ridiculously small. You couldn’t open door full way without hitting the toilet. So getting ready going out was done individually due to space. Balcony was what we paid extra for I guess, and the seats wet right against the wall. Pictures are very deceiving on this app we’ve discovered and as it was honeymoon, it was a tad deflating. I can’t imagine how small the basic room was

The location, the art deco style, the skybar, the pool area, the deco breakfast. The bijou room, the staff. Everything. Did not have time to try the spa.

The property was so clean and stylish. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was relaxing and the short walk to Ibiza town was perfect.

Comfy mattress and pillow. Lovely shower. Nice pool area. Friendly staff gave us some bubbly to celebrate a birthday. 1 min walk to the town beach and restaurants, 25 min to Dalt Vila.

No tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Fantastic, clean rooms. Bath towel, linens excellent quality. Staff were sweet and very helpful and kind and attentive. Beautiful rooms. Great way to start my vacation!
