Pacha Hotel

Our stay at Pacha Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere, location, and overall experience were fantastic, but the real highlight was the reception team. The lady who worked the mornings and the guy with curly hair were absolutely incredible — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. They really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Can’t wait to come back!

We wanted to go to iconic night club Pacha, so we preferred to stay in Pacha Hotel to access the club easily. We could go in easily through a special entrance, and it was convenient. However, when we go in by this way, we couldn't buy drink bundles sold in the website that means we had to pay regular price for drinks. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. There was free parking.

The sound isolation in the room we stayed could be improved, we could hear the sound from the street.

They gave us an early check in which was absolutely great and not expected. The room was extremely spacious with a jacuzzi and very comfortable bed. The club is across the road .

The facility needs a slight refurb , like I noticed some rust on the railings but since it's end of season I'm sure they can be arranged till next year.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly truly the highlight of the stay. The hotel is perfectly central, and the property is spotless and well kept.

Everything was great, though 24-hour room service would make it even better.

Amazing for those who would like to stay in Pacha club till the morning, as it is located next to it and offers free entrance till 12.30 am. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to a luxurious Marina with luxury stores and restaurants like Zuma, Cipriani, and a casino nearby.The hotel is small but stylish, breakfast is delicious.There is a cute small pool like in American houses with very comfy sunbeds to chill after a club.I stayed with a friend of mine and we wanted 2 beds, but had a king size one - and it was so huge that we never met on it.

100 eur deposit for a minibar, no water for drinking in a room, no tea in rooms. No water glasses - only glasses for Champagne, I personally found it uncomfortable.

The location walking distance to Talamanca beach, Calma and shopping stores, comfortable room, nice breakfast and the staff are top-notch, Ibiza is absolutely amazing, and the Pacha Hotel is the cherry on top that makes the whole experience unforgettable.

Master Suite is great, the beds are flawless, as is the bathroom

Not much of a pool area and our balcony just faced some apartments which cannot be helped with where the hotel is placed..

Good breakfast but staff seems to be running around and it was a bit chaotic, also in restaurant for dinner staff was short. Location near marina and talamanca beach.

Very long wait to be served during dinner as not enough staff. Being refused a late check-out with excuse of full hotel whilst hotel was pretty empty during my stay and rooms available on Booking. Its ok, but don’t tell me “we always give a late check-out but we are full” just say no then. Rooms more dated than Booking pictures (but still fine), cleaning standards can be better but again, not too bad.
