Ocean Drive Ibiza

The hotel room itself was very comfortable and modern. I felt the price was appropriate for what amenities it had. The breakfast was amazing as well, they served a great assortment ranging from coffee, cava, made to order eggs, sandwiches, pastries, etc..

The AC in the room was awful. We had the AC on blast for our entire stay and it never was under 23.5 Celsius, we had to ask for a fan from the front desk. Also the AC auto turns off if anyone goes to the balcony (even if the balcony door is shut).

Modern

-Badly maintained, bad cleaning in the rooms and in the corridors -Very noisy with ferries (port very close) bringing lots of trucks and the road (only access) just in front of the hotel-No food on rooftop

The staff is amazing . They are really nice and gentle but particularly Ana , she was lovely and helpful with many things during our stay and she even gave us some recommendations about some places to visit .Ocean drive is definitely a place where we would come back .

The small room.

The location to the port was perfect as we were leaving Ibiza to go to Denia on the Sunday morning. We could walk into Ibiza Old Town with ease and a taxi back was approx 10€ inc a tip. We were staying out of session so it wasn’t too busy in town on the Friday and Saturday night, so getting about and finding somewhere to eat was easy. The staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant during our two night stay, and the breakfast we had on our last day was excellent value for money 16€ pp.

The room was basic and very tired and in need of a good deep clean. The french doors onto the balcony were full of grubby finger marks which were there when we arrived and remained there during our stay. The bed had plastic covers over the mattress which I didn’t like, and made sleeping uncomfortable. However, by far the worst thing about our stay was the noise. Our room 402 was directly beneath the Sky Bar nightclub and the noise on both nights was horrendous making sleep, impossible. Our frustration with the noise from above was further aggravated by the racket coming from the bedroom next door, caused by a considerate guests!!!!. I would never stay here again

A beautiful hotel, in a beautiful spot, with a beautiful view. Very helpful staff, a lovely welcome and a great bar host!

Good location near the beach.

The room was not available at check in time of 3 pm. Received our room at 430 and when we asked if we could checkout an hour after they said we could however they kept calling us at checkout time and were only able to stay 15 min past checkout time!!

Absolutely nothing!

The rooms are completely run down and not clean. advertised with a rooftop bar which is actually a dirty 5th floor bar nothing rooftop about it. The staff are also extremely rude. We tried to check out as soon as we discovered all this within 20 mins of checking in but they weren’t having any of it and were at all helpful. Ended up booking the standard hotel and checking out of this one but they would only give 2 night of our money back. Money grabbing

Excellent location, with great views of Dalt Vila, right by the marina, and water taxi to the old town, and just 5 mins from Talamanca Beach. Staff were lovely and helpful with a really good breakfast.

Comfortable bed

The room was so small, the bed took up the whole space, the view was horrible, we arrived quite late, reception was calling us at 12 to ask us to leave. Breakfast wasn’t included. I felt it was overpriced

The location was on point

The hotel is not worth the money. Yes great location but that’s about it. I wouldn’t rate this hotel more then a 3 star hotel. We didn’t sleep one night due to a party someone was having on our hotel floor and the staff couldn’t manage it alllllll night.

No gym no pool

Very comfortable rooms, good comfortable beds, free wifi.Like a second home.Everything good. Staff always friendly. I am coming back.

Very good location, very close to the beach and Port and great views of the old town. Breakfast was excellent and service top notch.

Bar service was a bit inconsistent, occasionally nobody in the lobby bar as they were setting up the sky bar. Also only one English speaking channel on the TV.No pool but the arrangement with their sister hotel was 25 euro each. Based on the cost of the stay I feel that this should have been free.

Although the room was adequate for my needs and was well appointed ( I booked a single ) it’s overall ambience and std fell a little short of the the hotels otherwise up market appeal

Road traffic noise early morning coming from vehicles exiting the ferry

They took my deposit money and charge me for another two nights that I haven’t stayed in the hotel

The beds were not real beds it was a sofa that was open. There was no AC that was working There was no water there was no reception to get toothbrush after midnight
