    • Everything was perfect – rooms, staff, food, and location ? Special thanks for the thoughtful gift and upgrade – such a lovely surprise. Can’t wait to come back! <33
    • Beautiful location inside the protected UNESCO castle. Staff was exceptional!
    • Location on top of à Unesco preserved site.

    Cons -

    • Tiny tiny bits - The lights in the room don’t work too wellThe door to the bedroom in our room needs big effort to open and close The pool is super cool but the stones aren’t the most comfortable to walk on
    • Very expensive for facilities offered. Room was very small - I had to open my luggage in the bathroom. Was in an old house and noisy - I heard the guests coming back late. Room was poorly decorated.Basically it doesn’t have the standard of a small luxury hotel. Only the price!
    • No drawers - even though it was a very small ‘basic’ room type, the bedside tables could be with much needed drawer space rather than just a very small table.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff, amazing views and in quiet area but close to all lively places in historic old town. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and other areas to relax. The breakfast is delicious and the beds are very comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. The pool area was very beautiful.

    The room was pretty small.

Our stay here was pure luxury. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the free shuttle makes life very simple and every detail of the hotel is of the highest quality. It is expensive, but we left feeling it was money very well spent.

Exceptional!! Best hotel service I’ve had, staff extremely helpful and provide pick up and drop off from Ibiza town to make getting up Dalt Villa easy! Room was very spacious and a great view from the balcony. Pool side service whenever needed and food is excellent! Best hotel in Ibiza I’ve stayed in over 40+ visits

Highly recommend it. It was the best experience in the Small Luxury Hotel. My stay was above my expectations. I experienced the stay in the middle of the castle, among olive and lemon trees with the view over the old city and port; resting in the area of the cute modern pool area with the best Dalt Villa bubbles cocktail; the breakfast satisfied my gourmand tastes; most important I felt taken care off by the staff that is so friendly and professional - and if i was lost or needed help in any area they were on whatsap 24/7. They even tried to help me in Spanish with the issue of my stay in the next hotel (they didn't have availability for a stay longer than 5-6 nights when i decided to stay longer in Ibiza). The room was so nice and comfortable. Also there is a service to bring hotel guests up to the hotel from the meeting point down the city - anytime needed, both up and down. I will definitely return with next occasion.

    Nothing to say here.

Small room, but really beautiful, interesting, unique hotel in a fantastic location up Dalt Vila. The staff were so kind and helpful and I'd love to stay here again- definitely luxury and would recommend to anyone!

This is a stunning boutique hotel in a labyrinth style old building at the very peak of Ibiza Town’s old fortress. Staying here gives you a totally different perspective of the island both in terms of the stunning views, but also a sense of history and escapism as you wander around both the hotel and the surrounding streets. I had an incredible massage outside on one of the terraces and love lounging by the little pool during golden hour and sunset. The food and breakfast is also really good here ?

The most affordable rooms are expensive for their size - which is probably due to the old structure of the building. I have stayed here on my own for a day or two at a time and often kept my suitcase on one side of the bed for ease as there is no real floor space and I didn’t want to completely unpack. The good news though is that the beds are very spacious so it wasn’t a big concession. If you were a couple with 2 suitcases you would struggle to stay in the smaller rooms

The whole experience was excellent. We had a short trip and this was a great location right by the cathedral. Staff were very helpful and had great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and nightlife.

Stunning little boutique hotel location was perfect for exploring the old town. The view from the stunning bedroom was beautiful. The staff were first class offering help at all times, they took us into town in the car, made reservations for us and generally were just super helpful. This hotel is a little oasis in Ibiza town would highly recommend a stay here.

    Nothing !

    Beautiful property, very aesthetically pleasing.

The room was absolutely tiny, which made it difficult to even do basic things. The shower kept flooding with every use. We asked the hotel if they would fix it but never did. When we asked for an iron they said they’d bring it to our room and it took about 40 mins and we had to chase - it made us late for our booking. We offered to collect but they said no.Breakfast was painfully slow. It was over 30 mins waiting for cold pastries. Breakfast staff were friendly.

Lots to like about this hotel - the welcome is great and I loved the fact that they’ll whizz down the hill to pick you up in a golf buggy any time you like!

The hotel extends across three properties and there is a cobbled lane separating the Tower from the rest of the hotel. This got very slippery when it rained and it was difficult for the member of our party who had mobility issues to get to breakfast. But if you have a room in the main complex you’ll be golden.

Stunning interior and character of the property.

Staff was lovely and provided upgrades without us needing to ask.
