The dining room and breakfasts were really nice.The beds and bedding were super-comfy.

The staff were efficient but not overly friendly.

Very dated decor, no soundproofing so could hear even conversations through the walls.

Location was good. the rooms were comfy. There was a big balcony in two of the rooms that I booked. The swimming pool is on the sixth floor and the hotel allowed us to store our bags before the check in time and use the pool. the towels of the pool needed to be purchased from the first floor reception which came as a suprise. My sisters used the massage facility in the top floor which was good.

We got three rooms and one of them was perfect. However, one had a smell of cigarettes and the other had a smell of vomit. The room with the vomit was unbearable and I felt sick for the afternoon upon smelling that. When speaking to the reception staff there was a lot of reluctance and no support for a lot of time until I had to persuade him. The solution first was the clean the room again and spray febreeze in the room. This did not make and impact and just masked the smell. Ultimately, they changed the room for which we were grateful for but it would have been better to receive a solution without so much pressing.

Fantastic hotel, a few steps from the center of Ibiza. Spacious room with huge terrace, a few steps from the center of Ibiza. Great service too. Highly recommended

Location was good and large room.

It is a very outdated hotel. It does not provide anything other than a bed to sleep.Not a 4 start in my opinion nor worth the money.

The rooftop pool and Spa facilities.

Most staff were approachable and nice, however there was one that was abit rude.Also there was no iron available.

It's a lovely hotel with a lovely roof top and bar/restaurant but didn't try the food so can't comment on that. It's a quick taxi to the Hi Ibiza if that is your buzz (€20 with the tip added if you're going there) but after being at such a club, it's a lovely place to chill back too.Also close to supermarkets, restaurants/bars and the marina. Lovely place and close to all you need. Can't say I spent enough time there to really make the most of it but overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Got there and the balcony door wasn't closing and the TV volume only goes to 25%.Balcony door got fixed quick enough. The TV volume is what it is because it is a hotel setting from people abusing it so that's understandable. Otherwise, again, not much at all to fault the place about.

Reception staff are the most unfriendly people I have ever met in any hotel.They are extremely unfriendly. Not a smile to welcome you. They do not care if your are a booking Genius member!!! My room was dark and had some lights not working, had to report it and yet they were not apologetic about it. They couldn’t care less about your custom!If you are coloured do not stay at this hotel.I felt extremely uncomfortable !!!!

Good central location and lovely roof top pool area.

Had to change rooms after the first night due to the noise from the bar outside. Not the hotels fault but very noisy. Hotel staff helped us move rooms next morning.

View with open space and on high floor. Hotel not far from Vara del Re. Hotel could arrange with large carpark in front to make available space for guests with cars.

On day of arrival We were given a super room however it was situated in front of the LIFTS and late night early morning was woken up by rowdy inconsiderate patrons, in no way I fault the Hotel admin. We were allowed a quite room the next day.

The pool area was good, with a small gym.The location of the hotel is good also. 10 minute walk to the bus station and less time to walk to the harbour and edge of the old town.

Room was a bit dated, and didn't have a balcony.I felt breakfast should have been included in the price and not an extra cost.

Convenient location with a short 500m walk to the olde towne. The room is small, but comfortable. The view from a common room is the apartment across the way. The bed/pillows are comfy, water is hot with good pressure and the wifi is decent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a 3-star hotel. Parking options are dismal as there are few parking spaces in the basement (1st come, 1st serve) and there's no check-in/baggage drop parking. You must stop in the street and irritate the folk stuck behind you for a few minutes. There is 39 euro/night parking nearby and free overnight parking 1km away if you can find a spot.

Room very good value, decent size and double bed - good for the price

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The pool area had a spa feel to it.

A minor comment - Perhaps a few more sunbeds would be good, but not to ruin the spacious feeling.
