Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza

My friend and I had a morning flight and thus arrived earlier than the check-in time (15h00). Our plan was to leave our luggage and go around the city until check-in time. Once we arrived at reception, we told them our story, and we also just mentioned we were there to celebrate a birthday (my friend’s birthday). The lady at reception requested proof of birthday, which we provided….and guess what, we were checked in before 12 pm, and it didn’t end there, just when we were still admiring the beauty of the room, there was a knock on our door, and we were greeted with a big fruit platter with a birthday card for my friend. My friend was overjoyed. The lady who brought the platter just started singing and we both joined, it was soo beautiful. They made my friends birthday!Ok, now back to the review:Clean, fresh room. Best breakfast I have had in a hotel (well, atleast this side of the world), friendly staff, just meters from the bus stop that service the airport, and close to many things we needed.

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast is good, room is good, clean, and staff always very helpfull.

Gym could be better. And there should be more Wall Hooks, there is little space to hang your stuff.

We booked the day of although they did not have any king/queen beds left online, they were able to accommodate as we got to the property. They were also super helpful with getting us transportation, even in terrible weather conditions. 10/10 :)

The location is great - right by the port so easily accessible. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also very helpful.

Messy and dirty

The rooms were mess and Neighboor hood loud. Windows werent sound proof

Breakfast was terrific. Staff very friendly and accommodating. But, what's with not having an ice machine. I had to go down to the front desk every time I wanted a glass with ice cubes in it. Not good!!

It was clean.

The pool was supposed to be open at 10.00 bu at 10.15 it was still not open. I waited 15 minutes at the door!And the wifi was horrible.

The location

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is the only decent thing about it, but everything else was terrible. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. Whenever we asked for basic things like cups or toilet paper, we had to wait for days, and sometimes they never even brought them. It’s unacceptable to have to beg for essentials in a hotel.Housekeeping was also a disaster. Dirty cups were left in the room without being replaced, the tissue box was empty from the start and never refilled during our entire stay, and when someone from the staff spilled coffee on the bed sheet, they didn’t even bother to change it despite my reporting the issue. This shows a complete lack of cleanliness and professionalism.The only positive note is that Hugo, one of the reception staff members, was cooperative and helpful. Unfortunately, another female reception staff member treated us disrespectfully, as if we were staying for free. She even told us that if we stayed an extra hour after checkout, she would charge us €100. I also needed extra time because I had to carry down multiple heavy bags by myself, as she informed me that this hotel does not provide any luggage assistance. Such behavior is unprofessional and completely ruined our impression of the hotel.

Great location close to the port, bars and restaurants, and public transport. Small supermarket right across the street.Staff were very helpful, especially Hugo. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony.

There was no privacy to the bathroom/toilet. Nowhere to hang towels.

The pictures shown on Booking are completely different from reality. There is no view of the city or the sea, no service in the room, and it is very noisy. You can hear everything in the hotels and the street. There is no sound insulation and the view is very bad. I hope you are honest. Register a distress call about the pictures shown and laugh at me.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back on my next visit. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city. Lots of great restaurants and markets immediately around. Taxi stand short walk away gives great access to the island. Amazing breakfast and fantastic rooftop with pool.

While rooms were comfortable, washroom was a bit small.

Rooms, personel and breakfast - everything superb. Location is great in the city centre, everything is in walking distance. The bed was so comfortable :-)

The walls and windows are not isolated very well, so one can hear almost everything from the other rooms and from outside. Really thin walls.I missed toilet bowl brush.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so accommodating, welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ana on reception who sorted out another room for us as the one we were in was a bit noisy (street facing)& to Damien who gave us lots of helpful suggestions. Location was also brilliant too as it was very centrally located in the old town of Ibiza with shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc right on our doorstep.

Everything, Great staff. Fantastically clean. Comfortable beds and room temperatures that can actually be adjusted up or down according to your needs. The spa is also amazing and the rooftop is great if you just want to wind down.

Location was nice. Close to the old town and the ferry

Kids were allowed in spa. Not great for relaxing. No breakfast tea in dining room. Breakfast did not cater for British guests.
