Very comfortable bed, relaxing stay, staff was very polite and kind, ate amazing foodthe location was perfect to move around.

Near to the beach and facilities!

The balcony was not clean! The appartement is cleaned every two days! Guests partying until early in the morning (6 am) in some appartements makes in it difficult to sleep comfortably!

Great location, next to the main beaches and not far from the clubbing locations. Relaxed atmosphere and nice view from the room with a good sized balcony.

The room was clearly a bit dated, and the beds could be more comfortable.

Good location. Very friendly staff at checkin . Facilities were good. We did not do the breakfast, but the bar staff and food that we did get were great.

Just the sun loungers. They were awful. Every time we sat on them the back would flip up or down. Not fit for purpose.

Tackiest place in Ibiza

This place is the tackiest place I’ve ever seen in my life. Drugs and pimps everywhere you look. We came here on a family trip with my grandmother, not knowing the area, and we had to leave immediately. The place was filthy, mouldy, the staff refused to refund us any part of the stay (there were 12 of us, we booked for 4 nights so it was a lot of money). Overall this place is a dive and I recommend you run a mile from it.

Great location and good value for money. Apartments are very spacious.

Very noisy until late at night, even though it's listed as soundproof just keep in mind that it is not.

Good location, nice apartment convinient for a group of friends. AC even in October when it's still hot!

Housekeeping team who's entering without permission. Cleaning was very limited. Fridge was not working well

The location of the hotel and the staff

Everything was terrible: we paid more for a room with a sea view that had a terrible view, the furniture in the room was badly damaged and old, the cleaning was very poor and there was evidence of former guests, they only change towels every two days, and we even found bugs on the last night! I don't recommend it at all. For the amount we paid, it should at least be clean and with maintained infrastructures

The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is clean and well organized. The pool bar is very good and has fair prices. The apartment is exactly like the pictures.

There was a DJ there almost every day. He played really well and the whole place has a very nice vibe.Staff is friendly.

Kitchen didn't have a lot of things. We asked for a cutting knife, but they didn't have one.The beds were separate even though we booked a double room

Great location central to everything really, so much around between bars, restaurants, beach and supermarket all within a few minutes walk. Check in was seamless, room was clean and well maintained.

Great location for clubs but also extremely close to the beach and several local stores. Pool was hub of fun . Staff all friendly and helpful

Nothing I didn’t like as it was purely a base for us to enjoy Ibiza nightlife

Bad

was not clean, cockroaches in the bath, a lot of noise in the whole facility during the night.

Location was very good with most places within walking distance (the beach, good restaurants, a supermarket was a minute walk away around the corner), reception staff was present 24/7, and there was security to ensure you were guests staying in the apartments; apartment was furnished with kitchen / fridge etc

Not enough towels / amenities provided, had to request for extra towels, bedding, pillows, bin liners etc; no soap or shampoo in the bottles for the days we were there and they were not refilled. Cleaning staff had the mentality of "do it yourself"

They did allow check-in a bit earlier than advertised. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was good (about 10 minutes from downtown). I appreciated they accommodated us last minute. They release my security deposit almost immediately after check-out.

The restaurant gave me a weird vibe... the restaurant is called: "666" - And their Slogan: "God is busy, how can I help you?" you go figure...The room was filthy. The bathroom had hair in the sink and the floor. The toilet made a loud, disturbing noise when flushed. And there were dust bunnies everywhere.

The staff is very friendly, the pool it’s so cool and the atmosphere as well

Conveniently located

No parking, lotsa 20 something drunk Europeans, restaurant was called “666” and had an upside down cross for the menu. I mean come on. Stupid AF.
