It has a lovely pool area. And location was good.

The front. Desk staff was not accommodating. The room smelled overpoweringly of a air freshener that did not go away after 4 days of being there.

Location with infinity pool and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel was also very quiet at night with great sound proofing with thick doors. Although my room was close to reception and the lift, I heard very little noise. The bar staff were amazing.

This place was a joke. It smells like Pee. Wi-Fi only works intermittently. It was dirty. And no apologies from staff. Terrible

location is great, breakfast is amazing, clean, good view and pleasant staff, efficient restaurant at breakfast and well located for all things to do in Ibiza. It's my 3rd time staying and I will come back as the quality to price ratio is good at this time of the year.

The shower leaked all over the floor and even though we filled out a mid-stay survey to complain about this, it was never addressed. In addition, we paid for a sea facing view and had this, but we had the room in the middle, so part of the view was blocked - not a big deal because it was still a great view, but I would ask to have a better room next time.

great location, very nice breakfast, very good team in SPA and reception. We liked the fact its close to the beach but still walkable distance from the old city. the room was very convenient as well.

The gym was very lean, and generally speaking it felt like the hotel is offering all we need, but constantly trying to save money, and it somehow affected the overall experience.

The room had a weird smell, so I couldn't stay there. Left to another hotel, since they couldn't give me another room.

Location is perfect

Prior to my arrival, I made a reservation for a room that was clearly described as having a city view. This was an important factor in my decision to book with your property. However, upon check-in, I was given a room with a view facing the inner courtyard — an enclosed and unappealing space that gave me the impression of being inside a box or even a cage.There is no plight in the room, not even with the lights on

Great location overlooking the water, short walk to most anything you need no matter the time.

Would like more double beds available

Beautiful view, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and old town

The staff isn’t very friendly or accommodating especially considering how much you’re spending. No complimentary water either. A big money grab IMO

You can get a room with sea view

My first room which was 610 above the main entrance sliding doors. Every time the door opens or closes, you can hear it and feel it. Noise can be heard everywhere. I switched rooms and the AC in room 102 didn’t work. Not to mention breakfast from 8:30 to 10 AM as I have been told. Elevator doesn’t get to all levels

Right on the boardwalk…lots of cafes and shops. Beach not far.

Location and pool. Breakfast was ok, included Prosecco (although it is hidden around a corner)

Staff were not service minded at all. Approaching them felt like you were bothering them and made no effort to make you feel comfortable.The room’s ceiling fan was uneven and so noisy and annoying it could not be used while in the room. Zero sound insulation from the hallway, very noisy.Drinks were weak and overpriced.Bathroom was installed by someone who has never installed before, tiles were jagged and uneven with caulking by a toddler.

Great location and the room had a stunning view. The hotel is very clean and a short walk from all the restaurants on the beach.

No coffee/tea machine in the room. The staff is not the most friendly.

Only minus was the cooked breakfast food wasn’t hot.

Breakfast wasn't great value for money. plenty choice but I would prefer less choice but better quality and less cost.
