Great service and clean

The sea was very bad full of weed

it’s nobu so love the bed and restaurant . service is proactive

needs a bit of an upgrade

The property was immaculate and beautifully finished wherever you were in the hotel and the best bit of all were the staff and how helpful, friendly and efficient they were. They quite literally could not do enough to help us.

Honestly could not pick fault if I tried, if you want to go somewhere to have a lovely time and relax this is your place

Amazing infrastructure, location was good for us

Staff was untrained and giving conflicting information. Room was not clean properly. I was expecting much more for the price of the room

Their flexibility and very accommodating ways! Very nice place, great breakfast and nice restaurants. Fab location, not far from the old town.

I like everything about it - I stay every year with my young daughter. Kids club amazing as usual, and this trip all the staff at Chamboa went above and beyond. Breakfasts are amazing and change just a little each day which is rare to find and so appreciated. Honestly they all go above and beyond and remember regular guests by name. I have very high standards in hotel and service and it always meets them or if there is any issue they are receptive and solution orientated.

Nothing - all was faultless which is a high credit coming from me ;-)

The location and the kindness of the staff are 10/10…we also got a lovely upgrade, which we appreciated a lot. Very pet friendly and the Food in the Nobu restaurant is delicious!!!

Beautiful hotel, stylish, and well designed

Being asked for 150 Euros minimum spend for using any of the loungers around the adult only pool. There are other loungers facing the sea which “free” and they are great but when you are staying at the hotel there shouldn’t be a min spend on a lounger. What this meant was we never sat round the pool, always faced out to sea and never connected with the hotel in the way we should have. This meant not really loving the place. The other thing was the cost of drinks were off the scale expensive.

This was previously a 3 stars hotel transformed in 5 stars, with really small rooms. There was mold in the room with a very strong smell.

Fabulous so relaxing effortlessly staff friendly cleanliness food no words Ladies if you fancy time alone perfect destination also as a sole traveller

The food, service and overall quality of service and consumable are exceptional. .

The air conditioning is weak and the sinks don’t drain properly. On our penultimate night of stay, there was an appalling sewage stench on the entire corridor of the 1st floor accommodation. The sofa in our room was slightly damp.

The sun beds around the pool had a minimum spend of 200 euros if you wanted to use them.

Not safe hotel

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the [nobu hotel]. Upon returning to my room, I noticed the hotel safe had been left open, even though I was sure I had closed it properly. Later, I witnessed one of the housekeeping staff rummaging through my personal belongings in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.To make matters worse, I discovered that two pairs of my earrings were missing from the room. As a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of security and professionalism from the staff. The lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for guest privacy really tarnished my overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a secure and trustworthy place to stay."

The staff.

First room, looked old with chipped furniture and walls. And during the night had a really bad smell coming from the AC.Second room was beautiful, but the connection with the next room was really annoying to the point we had to call front desk and security to resolve the issue.The beach and the location were way below the expectations.

Kids in adults pool / no privacy in room couldn’t use balcony without everyone seeing right in / ac made clicking noise all day long / hot water took forever to work in the shower / hot all through the hallways /

Clean modern vibe. Just how we like it.

The only main issue was sadly it took a while for drinks to arrive poolside. Sometimes you’d be charged but didn’t get the drink. And at breakfast, things could be really slow.

A nice and large room with balcony to the wonderful Bay; breakfast buffet is one of the best we know and changing every day, the pool for adults and the pool beds are great and the atmosphere everywhere relaxing! Personnel very nice and helpful
