The room AC don’t work. And the bed are too small

Good location, nice accommodation.

I was robbed at the hotel pool. I left my glasses on a spot while I went into the pool. I wasn’t in the pool for even five minutes, and when I came back my glasses were gone. We believe there was a person in the pool area who wasn’t a hotel guest, which left us feeling unsafe. I looked for my glasses at the bar and the reception to see if someone had returned them, but they hadn’t. So, we are almost certain they were taken by the person we believe wasn’t staying at the hotel and was just there, while we were in swimwear and vulnerable. In the end, we were robbed, which made us very sad. During all of our travels, this has never happened to us before—being stolen from at a hotel.

I didn’t like much

Everything! Worst costumer service ever!!! They were mean and rude and even broke a bottle of wine while cleaning and didn’t say a thing

The pool and restaurant is a plus, the cafeteria at the hotel is also great and the staff are super nice!

The price is a bit high

Horrible

After I payed by check in, the same amount of money was blocked from the property on my Card, the property and management refused to acknowledge it and never unblocked my money, I had to call my bank and request it myself. It’s ridiculous that I as a guest had to take actions to fix their mistakes. Horrible experience and totally unnecessary. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here, totally not worth the price,

I really liked this hotel! Vending machines on site and a great pool area. Air conditioning units were great in coming back to a cold room after being hot/sweaty in Ibiza clubs

Just location. Not as close to clubs

It was a good hotel for our purpose, close to the beach and the marina for the ferry to Formantera.

Great location for Ushuaia and airport, everything we needed in the room including very comfy beds, beautiful pool area and gardens, great breakfast.

Nothing, it was great.

The place was very nice for the price you are a little bit far away from the beach but you couldn't get anything closer for cheaper or similar price. The pool and lounge area was really nice to relax during the day.

Food was disgusting.

Not luxury but still comfortable.

Great location, close to beach & airport, almost obnoxiously clean. Staff is exceptional. The included breakfast & dinner is unique in that most hotels never offer a dinner buffet.

Food options are limited to vending machines after dinner.

Staff attitude was not really the best, but it was bearable.

For the room price we paid, the services were basic.

The breakfast spread was limited. There was no water in the rooms. And no comfort of parking around the hotel. The staff was not very helpful in guiding about the parking as well.

Staff was friendly and our room was big and had a balcony. Super clean and ac worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well with many options.
