Hotel Mirador de Dalt Vila

Besides it being quiet at night hardly anything else. We had to shower in untreated water the first night and just offered us another room to shower in. After being located to another room the next day. They charged us 300 euros for 2 loads of laundry

Too many things to count. Laundry took 48 hrs to get. Had a broken bottle of water in the mini fridge which we almost ingested glass. They ruined a couple of our clothes in the laundry.

Friendly staff. Location in old town. Breakfast and service. Complementary Pick up and return to airport. Comfortable bed and good bathroom .

Difficult parking. Poor vistas. Lack of public areas inside the hotel.

Furniture and decor are very old even depressingThey are taking advantage of their location to be very expensive. Service and place don’t deserve Relais and Chateaux label

Quiet, clean, elegant, high quality food, excellent location and wonderful staff.

Swimming pool was too shaded and small

Location was perfect, the staff amazing, the rooms were big and comfortable

The air conditioning didn’t work and we had to open the doors which didn’t help that much since there wasn’t any breeze. We complained twice, but nothing was done.

Nothing but more choice at breakfast would have been welcomed e.g more fruit, bread, muesli, seeds etc. The coffee was amazing!

The expérience dépend if you stay in the hotel or if the send you to a New building acrossThe street, in that case you dont feel in a relais chateux and Its not worth the money

The pool was tiny and a little cold but lovely secluded sunbeds in the shade which suited me. Very quiet, no music.

It is just a-ma-zing. I had doubts while booking, as the hotel is located inside the restricted for traffic zone inside the old fortress, but at the end of the day it appeared to be just perfect. If you are into the calm relax time in Ibiza with the possibility to walk inside the castle of 2500 years old, but same time in 5 minutes near all the possible bars/caffes/shops/harbour/supermarket - Mirador D'alt Vila would be the top choice. Not to forget about the Michelin restaurant just inside the structure, the VIP passes for the huge gym, which is in 15/20 minutes walk, and for sure the wonderful and helpful staff. We truly felt like at home.

A lovely modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive for me but that’s a personalView. The quality and quantity on what was on offer was excellent.

Everything about this place surpassed my expectations. I booked last minute as some other accommodation fell through…and I am so glad it did! As a solo traveller I felt very happy here and well looked after. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. It was the perfect quiet haven after a few days partying on the other side of the island. The small pool was lovely and quiet and I enjoyed taking in the fantastic views just a minute from the hotel. Breakfast delightful too! I will be back :)

Excellent location, nice rooms and friendly staff.

Very limited facilities. The hotel has very few social areas (a varanda with 5 tables) and the “swimming pool” is very small - you can’t swim. For a 5 star hotel and its charging prices it is very disappointing,

The pool area is not at the same level like the Hotel. Another detail , the breakfast with those bread are not the quality you can believe. That they offer cava about 10 Euro to pay extra to the breakfast is about a 5 star Hotel and the amount from the Hotel not really fitting.

The location is amazing, quiet part of Ibiza Town. It is great for relaxation and sight-seeing.

It's a little high up the hill but I think that makes it great. Its restaurant also may not appeal to those with kids and/or simpler tastes.
