Location (convenient 15 min walk to ibiza old town) how clean it was, the gym, even if it is small, how spacious the apartment is and that is has balcony. The staff always helpful.

The only minus is the hairdryer, very low power and i can barely dry my hair. For a woman is really impotant a powerful hairdryer so that we don’t spend an hour drying our hair.

Lovely large apartment with small kitchen, big balcony, good air con. Right by the beach with many restaurants good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not too loud in the evenings for sleep. The pool had some shady areas with a cafe next to it. We could also use their twin hotel's pool which was on a rooftop and just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage, use the pool and shower before a late checkout. They were able to call us a taxi whenever we wanted.

Could have more in the kitchen such as fairy liquid and a cloth, but otherwise all was fine.

Right on the boardwalk, restaurant attached to hotel, ferry to Formentera 5 minutes from hotel, super helpful and nice staff

Perfect place and great value. Good location surrounded by many restaurants and Bars. Very friendly staff . Daily cleaning service.Able to leave your luggage after checking out and able to use showers before leaving the hotel which was very much appreciated as our flight was in the evening.

The location was great because it was near the beach and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us lots of great advice about where to go and what to see and where to eat!

I was really aware of other guests moving chairs etc upstairs so earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper, also the pool wasn't open yet despite glorious weather so that was a bit disappointing

Incredibly helpful staff. We stayed for a very short break, travelling light. Beach towels and umbrellas provided free of charge. We checked out on the morning of departure but our flight didn't leave till evening - the staff offered free left luggage facilities, beach towels for the day and hot showers and changing facilities before we had to leave for the airport. The restaurant has great gluten free options, the location is incredible and the views are spectacular

The apartment was fabulous! Very clean, beds very comfortable - I would absolutely recommend. The only downside was that it is advertised with parking and it hasn’t got any - we had to find parking on the road and that wasn’t easy! 10 minute walk away.

Very clean and stylish apartments. Immaculate condition. Beautiful sea views with beach right infront for sunbathing and swimming. Very quiet. Comfy beds. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and great value. We would definitely book here again. Short walk to everything in town.

The apartment was spatious, althought the bedroom was a bit small

Cleaners cuould have been more detailed when cleaning. However the property was ok.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and tidy. Daily cleaning. It was warm enough during our winter trip, cause air conditioning can work as a heater. Shower is fantastic. Room has all amenities needed, including kitchen. Smart TV, wifi worked pretty well. Awesome terrace on the roof.

it would be really nice to have a pair of slippers, because during winter floor was kinda cold. View was not on the sea, but on the swimming pool, but that wasn't a problem.

The view from the apartment was excellent. We witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the very convenience of our balcony. Cleanliness was remarkable and the apartment looked very new and freshly renovated. The receptionist was very helpful and made some good suggestions about the places we could visit in Ibiza. The hotel has many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

We stayed on the beachside apartments. The styling of the apartment was ultra modern. The lighting and furnitures were neatly designed. Wifi was quite strong. But i particularly liked the rooftop view. It gives a gigantic view of the beach promenade. The apartments are a walking distance from a supermarket. Garage parking isnt free but getting a street parking is a luck, so better to pay and relax. The reception staff are helpful.

The apartment balcony gives an angular view to the beach but its alright. You can go straight to the roof.
