    Pros +

    • A dreamy stay at Casa Maca and our favorite in Ibiza. The staff is top notch. Lisa in particular was our favorite! Great suggestions for restaurants and things to do on the island. Rooms are wonderful, spacious, clean, quiet, and A/C works == well. The addition of a fan too for us that love to sleep cold at night is great. We could sit by the pool or on our patio for hours and just relax. And not to mention you are steps from one of the top dinners on the island. Can't recommend enough.
    • Beautiful place with lovely gardens and views. Stylish rooms. A top class restaurant beside the hotel.
    • We had such a great experience!! Casa Maca really is a magical place. Very beautiful and comfortable!!The room is just a dream and the restaurant is the best in Ibiza. Looking foward to be back!!

    Cons -

    • Really nothing but if you plan to go to San Antonio area often, the distance and travel can be a bit further than you may like but honestly this is not a real issue.
    • The mattress and pillows were not on a 5 star level.
    • The service and the people are definitely not the most helpful. We arrived very late from a long trip and jet llagged and the only thing we wanted was to go and get some rest and the host didn't let us to our room until he could sort an issue with the card machine to pay 13 euros for the city tax. The next morning of course we were late and jet lagged and missed the breakfast and they said it was ok they could send us some coffee, to which they still charged us. Charging is fine but they communicated it as if they were doing something nice for us. When we left no one offered help with out bags and we had to stay at the restaurant doing some emails and no one gave us any service. To be honest my comments are objectively not serious at all, however for this price tag we would have expected quality service.

The property is very pretty and very conveniently located near town with great views.

The calm country side vibe in the vicinity of Ibiza town

Room service only from casa Maca. Would’ve liked more variety

    10NicoletaPosted on: 6-12-2024

Its location (close to everything, yet secluded and tranquil), the premises, the feel of it.

    Everything was great!

Close to town and the salinas, but in a beautiful property with great views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very popular so it’s a great place for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

F&b Service is provided by the restaurant so can take a bit of time sometimes. Check out at 11am is early, would rather they moved back to 12pm.

The basic room was like a small villa, nice facilities in the room, the view is amazing

    Nothing in particular

Very cozy room, amazing food, and friendly staff, special mention to Nacho, who spoke perfect Portuguese and was super helpful since 1st contact.

Breakfast was superb - nothing was too much trouble

The drive from the main road - unlit and extremely bumpy

    10NicholasPosted on: 9-27-2022

amazing food, great staff, beautiful rooms and nice view of the city.

you have to drive through a small industrial area to get to the hotel. but small negative compared to everything else which was perfect.

    10AngelaPosted on: 9-16-2022

Great evening restaurant & very comfortable pool area, good service & homemade breakfast.Spacious quiet room in the gardens

Road up to the hotel is a little shabby past industrial buildings. No sunbeds on terrace.

    6AnastasiaPosted on: 8-7-2022

    location, style and restaurant

balconies are useless, no outdoor furniture and outdoor umbrellas. too hot outside without umbrellas and greenery in the terraces. too many bees.

    9SarahPosted on: 8-1-2022

Bedroom was gorgeous, bed and pillows were so comfortable, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, excellent location, hotel grounds were beautiful, delicious food.

Bathroom was a little out of date, storage in the bedroom could have been better, pool drinks menu could have been more extensive (cocktails).

    9SanderPosted on: 7-18-2022

Service, setting, pool, quality of the food

    Breakfast overpriced

    3PeterPosted on: 7-15-2022

    easy to book online

disturbed by sound transfer between rooms, unwarranted minibar & beverage prices, limited breakfast menu

    6MarcPosted on: 6-13-2022

very nice Place / but the heart is missing and totally off-priced

totally over expensive. 2 cappuccino in the room 17€!!! breakfast for 2 for 90€! :-( no hangers for towels, mini closet, … and this in a suite for this price. the heart and friendliness is missing in this facility! the waiters in the restaurant seem more nose up that the guests.

    9PaulPosted on: 6-2-2022

v wet comfortable suite, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in Ibiza

Water in the shower was not that pressured and hot enough, but rectified to the best of their ability

    7NoeliaPosted on: 10-31-2021

Loved the atmosphere and decoration. Staff was superb and food was delicious (see note below for improvement).

Even the location was good, the access going through industrial state is not ideal. I know the hotel is trying to solve and that would be great. Food quality is great but a broader range would be ideal.

    10HPosted on: 10-14-2021

Pool area, quiet rooms away from the restaurant. Big comfy beds, air con room with fridge / mini bar. Radios with Bluetooth speaker in rooms. Great products (no need to pack shampoo/conditioner) but the biggest draw is the food and drink - some of the best on the island! Cocktails amazing. Breakfast amazing. Steak and sides amazing.

Waking up with a hangover and bottles of Evian being €10Food and drink is expensive if you’re eating on site daily our bill at the end was epic, as much as the room again
