The hotel was so beautiful, clean, and really comfortable! We loved our spacious room and the view from our balcony was just amazing! We spent a couple of days after our wedding and it was perfect for relaxing!

The location is magical. The hotel serounding is so beautiful. The staff were nice. Breakfast tasty. The hotel has indoor library so its very unique. Reading room with fireplace next to tge lake.

Bathroom wasnt very clean. Room size a bit small.

The location of this hotel is circa 30 minutes away from Salzburg, but easy to reach with a bus (Line 150). The staff welcomed us very dearly even though we were kinda late and waited for us to arrive. We booked the room with mountain views and it was honestly mesmerizing to wake up to those landscapes. Everything was clean and cozy. The walls of the hotel were decorated with books and quotes which made it feeling like we were in a library. The breakfast was cute, the lady working there was wonderful and made sure nothing was missing, I hope she knows her kind words were appreciated! I'd definitely return, overal such a nice experience. :)

The only thing I'd suggest would be having some tea/coffee in the room because it'd be wonderful starting a day on the balcony with a coffee and a cold breeze! ?

Lovely small hotel, very close to the lake, breakfast with local products, very charming decoration, sauna and natural swimming pool. Perfect for relaxing!

It was just a bit confusing in the beginning that we needed to check in in their partner hotel beside.

Everything. A truly exceptional resort hotel. The staff is highly professional and always pleasant. Breakfasts were a pleasure. The beauty of the location is second to none. Located for easy access to bus transportation.

We preferred the dinner dining experiences in and around town (walking distance) over the more formal resort restaurant.

The hotel was beautifully presented and our room very comfortable. The view from the lovely large balcony was stunning and the parasol an added bonus while sitting out. Just a short walk to the lake where we could swim. The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful, offering advice and ideas about things to do and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is a sister hotel to a much larger hotel next door which offers restaurants and activities we could join in with. There is a golf course as part of the sister hotel which has a wonderful cafe/restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ evening there with accompanying live music. The natural pool and delightful garden attached to our hotel, added to the relaxing and perfect atmosphere.

It is perfect as it is

Very well located, good value for money. It is a cheaper add-on to a more fancy hotel, however it is not allowed to use the main hotel's facilities, like pool or beach. Nevertheless, the staff offer a free of charge entrance card to the community beach/pool area for the entire period of the stay, otherwise the price is about 6 eur/day.Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy but all the products had good quality and taste.

It would be really good if the the guests of the Garni House were allowed to use the main hotel pool/beach for extra charge.

This is also a 'bibliotel' so there are books everywhere which gives it a homely holiday feeling. We only stayed one night so didn't really get to read any. The reception is in the hotel next door. The breakfast was ample and diverse buffet with cheeses and breads. The bathroom was new and had everything we needed. Onsite parking is possible. Nice quiet surroundings with a short walk to the lake. The hotel has nice mountain views.

The towels are a bit old. The sauna has very short opening hours when most people are at dinner. As we stayed one night we had no chance. The hotel was hard to find as you need to go on a private road.

Stunning location, easy to get to lake and hiking routes. Natural swimming pool was lovely.Great bus connections into Saltzberg.

Fuschl is lovely to wander around but having to book in advance for evening meals was a challenge. All restaurants seem very busy when they are open.

We were kindly upgraded to the main hotel facility due to necessary repairs to the reserved room. Our room was a complete surprise overlooking the lake. We had friends from Salzburg visiting us for the evening and the waiters and staff were so impressive! We all had a lovely evening on the terrace.

Ebener’s Wald Haus was perfectly situated, and the opportunity to walk the distance around th he lake was right out the front door. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating.

Idyllic spot for a retreat, with views of the lake and mountain, own private garden and pond, library full of books and sauna. The staff is supernice and attentive. Breakfast at the garden in a sunny day is a delight. You can also get free access to Fuschlseebad, where you can enjoy private access to the lake, swimming pool, fitness area, etc.Loved the silence! I will definitely repeat the experience.

All the staff are great and friendly, the breakfast is very good and the room have a great view over the mountain and the cow farm!

Only thing were the flies which are hard to get rid off once they flied into the room.

Such a lovely hostess at the breakfast table, patient and caring. We had healthy food in the company of many grazing cows. A piece of paradise on earth.

The entrance to the hotel is actually via the entrance to another hotel, namely the Waldhof. Not being informed of this led to a bit confusion.

I can highly recommend for everyone who want to have a great holiday. The hotel is located in a beautiful area between mountains at a shore of a wonderful lake. Such a peaceful place to rest.

Breakfast really good and nicely served - the book concept really fun - no reception in the house itself (is in the other building) but we found that nice and more quiet
