Hotel i Restauracja "Pod Orłem"

Clean three star hotel, large room, good restaurant.

Breakfast - included in the room price - was served later than promised, so I missed it due to flight schedule. Shame.

The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices!

We've stayed several times before..love the hotel and the facilities..breakfast is also very good...rooms are cosy and yet spacious...most of the staff can speak English which is a plus..if you leave early you can order a packed breakfast which not many hotels offer ...location good 5 minutes walk from station that is direct to airport and Gdansk

We stayed from 21 - 26th November.. 3 out of the 5 days we had to go down to ask for the heating to be put on as it was cold had to sit with coat on until it warmed up and also wait for hot water aswell...when we left this morning...NO HOT WATER!!! Not very happy!! All the receptionist could do was apologise and will let manager know!!! We feel let down by the hotel this time ?

Location for khartuzy was great

The bar is only open wed to Saturday. In winter I assume. Even though Poland playing internationally.

Great location, five minute walk from train station. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was traditional and delicious. There is a pub onsite which offers a bit of local nightlife

Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of varying local dishes. Good location to access the town centre. Staff were helpful in arranging small needs.

Helpful, welcoming and friendly women in the reception who even introduced me somewhat to the Kashubian language! The restaurant!

The music in the restaurant. Could have been everywhere in the western hemisphere. I Would have preferred something more local, at least Polish...

Great service from the staff, food was good value and menu was varied and local foods sourced.Location excellent as can walk to the town and easy access to main station for Gdansk.

early fight was advised to approach later in evening. to arrange a takeaway breakfast for morning but apparently too late. swimming pool is now closed.

The hotel is well and centrally located. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare and thoroughfare, so some rooms are exposed to traffic noise. The room we got needs probably a little more maintenance. The towel rails were loose and the wallpaper was peeling off the sides. Also, the doorstopper was illegally attached to the floor, so you often bang your toes on them. The coffee from the Nestcafe coffee machine tastes just terrible and thus affects the otherwise very good breakfast buffet

There could be a challenge with parking spaces for all guests- but there is a free public parking next to the hotel so rather minor issue and staff was very helpful here too.

Very nice hotel, lovely location, very nice staff, nice room, good breakfast, nice restaurant on the side. Staff speaks English, very close to centre of Kartuzy, easy reach to Trojmiasto.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Overall the room was fantastic, large and very clean. Complements to the chef in the restaurant, food was superb.

Parking as a bit tricky and shower could have been bigger but not something that was a dealbreaker. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

Breakfast ok but no table available for evening meal. Not much choice of restaurants nearby

Noisy guests at room next door well after midnight. No reception to complain to - no staff around.

breakfast was nice and lots of options to choose from, self service buffet so all good with coffee machine you can choose from continental breakfast or more traditional with something sweet like pancakes or waffles at the end

would be nice if staff great you at breakfast. We were there on our first morning and been a bit confused because nobody was there and we were not sure what to do. Spa area is on extra charge and that was a bit of surprise as well

We love the polish dishes designed by amazing Chef.The staff in the hotel was really nice and friendly

We've been having such a lovely holiday in Poland, Kartuzy with our friends from Spain.I can say the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.I totally recommended
