Pros +
- The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a beautiful forest view. The hotel was very quiet at night, which made the stay relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. I also appreciated the shuttle service and the staff assisting with transport to the ski lift!
- The room was like in the pictures, big and nice, comfortable and clean, with great view of the mountains. The breakfast was nice, and the spa area and facilities is also very nice and clean. I would have liked if the pool was a little more warmer.
- Good location, spacious rooms and amazing views.
Cons -
- Service was slower than expected. There was no bathrobe available in the room at check-in and I had to request it. The slippers provided were very basic and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, I had requested a taxi to meet me at the train station as I was planning for late arrival and was informed that taxis are always available, but when I arrived there were none ?
- The bathroom in the suite felt a little dated. In general we didn’t feel that it was worth the VFM, it is very expensive and you really don’t get a lot from your stay. The massage was okay (112€ per person), the manicure (65€) was horrible and very expensive (I regret getting it, though the technician was nice and tried to do her best, I ended up fixing it myself during the session and afterwards in my room). The restaurants in the hotel are nice, but again- very expensive. It’s unclear why you have to pay 30€ per day for parking when it’s the hotels own parking garage. We were a bit off-season and on our last day it felt very understaffed: the breakfast hall was packed and you couldn’t get a waiter, during check out we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes to get our car.
- Need to improve is all about the hotel restaurants. Restaurant TIROLIA is poor in means of dinning and service. The restaurant in the Golf club is fine, but also here service need to improve. Service team is the Breakfast are not friendly.

Good location, spacious rooms and amazing views.
Superb hotel. Great staff, always kind and try to assist. Excellent facilities and view. Prefect place for the kids. Very relaxing vacation!
A great premises with excellent facilities and marvellous new wing. Rooms are extended and super clean. The hotel is a bit out of the town, but we liked it. In and out door pools are great and the new family/kids spa is marvellous. Reception team are friendly and helpful. We was 4 families and had 2 king rooms and 2 glorious penthouse apartments - all was nice decorated. Breakfast is great with many options to select.

Friendly stuff, location , room.
Beautiful hotel. Pure luxury. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Restaurants are excellent. The stuff was very helpful and accommodating.
I had an amazing experience at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spa area was lovely, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a stressful week. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. I can't wait to come back!
Restaurants and restaurant staff were fantastic, room was also superb
Staff were not ensuring that u16s were kept out of the adult area of the spa, very disconcerting. Also after their staff made a regretable mistake on our last day, which they admitted to and agreed to remedy, we are still waiting for them to deliver, over two months since we stayed.
The room is spacious and is clean and even look new. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The buffet breakfast spread has a wide range
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The lobby was beautiful, the staff were great, and the apartment we stayed in had a great view and had everything we needed.
Beautiful hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. They parked the car, took our bags and served us drinks on arrival. Super room, great spa with large outdoor and indoor pools. We had dinner in the hotel and the food and service was first class. Couldn't fault our stay.
We left very disappointed.
The TV in the room didn't work, we asked for a technician, the technician came and couldn't fix the TV.We asked for compensation, they didn't agree to compensateThe parking cost 30 euros, an exorbitant price, poor customer service, they didn't let us talk to the manager
The property is incredible .... beautiful facilities and polite helpful staff.
The half board deal was not really a deal... poor choice of dinner options . They tried too hard to produce a gourmet dinner menu yet miserably failing .
Great staff, spa, pool gym
Room small with insufficient storage at this price point
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly.Fondue Dinner was a great experience. The swing at the balcony was sweet for relaxing. Also enjoyed the warm pool and to swim outside after a long day to relax.
Is a bit far away from the center, you would have to wait for the shuttle to go to the center or do some skiing. But it was OK, about a 10 mins drive or so
Very nice facilities, and clean rooms with nice views of the Alps. Enjoyed the pool and steam rooms. Lovely staff, nice shuttle service to the gondolas, and a handy ski cellar.
We had an amazing experience at Grand Tirolia, and one of the key reasons was the outstanding service provided by Eugen. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. On our last day, we couldn’t extend our room, and we had nowhere to store our luggage. Eugen went out of his way to help us, ensuring that everything was taken care of smoothly. He was not only efficient but also extremely thoughtful, making sure we felt comfortable and stress-free.His exceptional customer service, friendly attitude, and genuine willingness to assist truly made a difference in our stay. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their job, and Eugen is definitely one of those people. We are extremely grateful for his help and would love to return to Grand Tirolia, knowing that such fantastic staff members are there to make the experience even better. Thank you, Eugen, for your kindness and professionalism!
Hotel very well appointedNew rooms very spacious and very cleverly designed.Ravi is a real credit. Always very attentive and genuinely interested in making sure guests’ experience is excellent. He makes the difference
The opportunity for improvement is better coordination of housekeeping. Room and public areas fee clean (end product is good) however, should improve scheduling and possibly use/follow checklist to ensure nothing is missed
A beautiful, luxurious hotel with a staff that is always attentive and ready to assist. The room is spacious, but storage for clothes is limited, as the closets are mostly occupied by hotel amenities such as blankets, an ironing board, and a minibar. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering more options than we’ve ever experienced before.
The mandatory 30-euro-per-day parking fee was an unexpected downside. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view, as the forest-view rooms offer little to no scenery.
