Nice location, excellent breakfast buffet, room was great, free parking on site, friendly staff
Can't think of anything
EXCEPTIONAL breakfast. Absolutely a must have and you can tell they care about it. The rooms were nice with big showers and bathrooms (the doors to the bathrooms were seethrough though…)
Had to park down the road as they have events frequently and parking fills up. The location smells like… a farm? You must open the windows at night to sleep (no bug screens and no AC) but when you do, it smells VERY heavily of manure. The street outside is also loud so bring ear plugs.
Everything about the Hotel, room, breakfast, staff and parking.
Slightly far from Innsbruck Zentrum but it's no issue with a car and there's a nearby bus station. In addition, it comes with a benefit of amazing view.
Staff were excellent. Views from the rooms were fantastic. Breakfast was nice. Parking and getting to hotel were east and with the passes for public transport it was easy to get into Innsbruck without the hassle of finding a parking spot etc. Dinner was very nice and we enjoyed eating dinner in the hotel two evenings.
- Location. In a really quiet area. Just a few km from Innsbruck. - view from the room- nice hotel restaurant
Missing aircondition in the room
Very clean , room size is big , view is nice
Great spa facilities! Staff is incredibly pleasant. Room is spacious and clean.
Nothing to tell. Maybe glass bathroom door was kind of strange solution for us, but it's a matter of personal taste.
We really enjoyed our stay — the room was spacious, and the breakfast was great!
One thing to mention: the bathroom has a glass door, and you can see through both the top and bottom, which made us a bit uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with a young child.
It is new and clean, nice view from balcony and well furnished. We have been given the entire floor direct from lift which is a pleasant surprise ??
No complaint everything is in place and easily accessible
Nice and polite staff, well managed and run place, very clean, good views if you get a room on the right side (must check this though). Breakfast is copious and tasty, and the restaurant has good service. The wellness facility is a bonus but note that it's a ''no textile'' policy. The tram stop is nearby for regular runs to Innsbruck. Not much to see or do in the village, but hiking or skiing I guess in the winter. Staying at the hotel for two or more nights you get a free card for the public transport which is handy. Parking is free which is rare.
Only real complaint is the current fashion for non-opaque doors to the toilet and bathroom - it doesn't matter how well you know someone, it's not a treat to have to see them on the toilet in the room. It's a major design no no for me. Secondly I know TV is not the point, but I do find it rough when hotels in tourist areas don't even subscribe to the main news channels in English - it feels cheap, and these are not cheap rooms. Finally, the hotel wifi was rather weak which got a bit annoying, and our room safe was broken.
Clean spacy room, good restaurant, friendly stuff.Everythis was new! Healthy breakfast with fresh berries and fruit.
Spa had no pool, steam bath was not on.Otherwise everything was perfect!
Clean and modern
Did not realise it was so far out of town however there was a tram stop 5 mins walk away
I liked this hotel so much!!! The attention of the staff, the breakfast (10/10), the room! Everything was brilliant! The view from mt room was gorgeous!
10/10!!!
what can i say, this is an quite exceptional triumph of a hotel. They've managed to create a super friendly vibe and mixed this with facilities of high character and stylish design. The spa is fab, well managed, and the breakfast is sumptuous. The sound proofing is excellent too..
My only gripes were that the room was small, and the cheap pillows a but out of place given the expense of a mechanical back-out shutter system. Still, i slept super well.
Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was really kind and helpful with a special mention to the front desk receptionist Emily.
The partition between the guest room and bathroom was semi-transparent glass made.
Newish hotel having been bought by the current owners and massively modernised and rebuilt in 2018, so feels very new still. Good sized room. We had a balcony and a valley view, which is more expensive, but worth it. Hotel staff are very courteous. Bathrooms are super luxurious with rainwater shower head, the biggest I have seen. In house restaurant provides a wide range of fare at all normal hours. Very convenient tram stop less than 100m away.
Sliding glass wall door between bedroom and bathroom does not allow for any real privacy (e.g. when sitting on the loo!). More frosted glass would be appreciated!
Good and friendly staff. Rich breakfast. Very quite. Good sleep. Close to the tram station to the city.
Asked for Romantic setting , added 20 euros but it was just folded towels and some rose leaves. Not 20 euro worth for sure. Maybe over expectations...Better buy your girl good flowers at this cost ;)
