Landhotel Gasthof Eichhof Natters

Hotel Employee and her son were absolutely the perfect hosts and the surroundings were idyllic, cow bells dingling in the backdrop of mountains on every side. As well there were iseveral well-marked hiking trails right from the property.

A one-mile section of road from Natters to the gasthof was pretty skinny in places and a little nerve-wracking the first time through but fine once we got used to it.

Owners were extremely unprofessional , aggressive +unfriendlylDenied us the booked +confirmed rooms -and suggested to go to the HILTON in Innsbruck -or somewhere else.......That , the HILTON , was an excellent choice !

tHE OWNERS ATTITUDE -were not willing to accommodate me, a slightly handicapped man .WERE NOT WILING TO ACCEPT us for a Dinner reservation !Blamed us - once we accepted to leave - for the LOSS of 2Nite's income !!But - ultimately they did refund ( thru booking.com ) our prepaid payment .That was the only POSITIVE thing at this location !

Nothing every thing was great

The staff was kind and the setting was peaceful

One light in the room, one dim light in the bathroom. No TV. No telephone in room. Breakfast was basic, and the only hot item offered was one egg. Shower is very small, and I am not a big person. Don’t expect to shave your legs! Restaurant in hotel for dinner is Chefs choice. €40,00 PP. We did not partake. No access to the bar once dinner is finished. No access to coffee/tea in the morning till 7:45 breakfast. No place in the room to place luggage, other than the floor. No desk, no luggage rack. You get a bed, which was comfortable. I wouldn’t complain about any of this had the room cost around €60-€70,00, but I paid over €150,00!!! The nearest town is Natters, which has no restaurants, so we drove the short distance to Mutters for pizza. It was edible. Very glad we only booked for 1 night.

Beautiful location with beautiful window views. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Dinner was amazing and is worth booking.

Beautiful, quaint inn on the country side. The hosts were most gracious, welcoming and friendly. Our stay cane complete with complimentary breakfast which was a farm to table experience with fresh and tasty assortment of foods.

Mountain type hotel, located just outside the nearby village, providing quiet comfort and great views to the surrounding mountains. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, with all the basic facilities, without "bells and whistles". There is a nice restaurant where one. could get a delicious dinner if requested. The staff was over the top in all the possible ways - helpful, smiley, communicative, without being intrusive. They really made us feel like very welcomed guests, instead of " passing-by-tourists", and we greatly enjoyed our stay there.

The views were spectacular!

The dining in the evening. We always missed it, as the chef/owner cooked fresh. We understood that, however, maybe making a little more for those guests who come late? The last day, we walked in and asked about having dinner there, and we could hear the chef loudly groan. We said no worries, but after a long day in Innsbruck, we were hungry and didn’t want to go out again. This place was located way out.

I loved this family run hotel! I felt like I was in a scene from the Sound of Music being out in the fields and forest. The diner menu and breakfast were both excellent and the fresh flowers everywhere was great.

We loved the relaxing and beautiful location. The staff there was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the breakfast spread as well as the personally served extras. Our conversation and connection was wonderful. A definite return location.

This family-run hotel lies in a beautiful and peaceful location with a few of meadows and mountains. Exactly what we were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Everything was perfect.

The location and the host are great, very warm and friendly. We felt welcomed from the start. The view from the balcony was a delight, and we had the opportuny to have special, traditional and delicious dinners.

Location Cleanness Staff

We had a wonderful one night stay here on our way to Italy.. the house is very very remote so chose to eat there as we didnt want to use the motorbike for going into town to find somewhere to eat. There is no choice of menu, just have what the chef was cooking that night. However it was beautifully cooked and presented and well worth the money.. Beautiful setting and staff were very knowledgeable about the area. Fantastic selection for breakfast .nothing was too much trouble

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast service was amazing we absolutely loved it different variety to choose from. The location is based in a farm with nice Mountain View’s. You see cows and horses whilst driving towards the hotel
