Pros +
- We loved the hotel, our room was super stylish and had a bathtub - even though it was a standard room! Dinner was really good, can recommend the restaurant. Overall calmness was amazing. One hint for the others: if you decide to go to the nearest cala - use a good pair of sneakers, we went wearing flip-flops - and it was a bad idea!
- The property is beautiful. Surrounded by nature, decorated with great taste and the service is amazing. The restaurant is also really good. Honestly there is no need to leave the hotel.
- stunning property tucked away in nature but only a few minutes from beautiful beaches. it is perfect for a wellness escape with yoga, and an exceptional spa. the restaurant served beautiful , innovative dishes.

- A lot of the staff was coughing which ended up getting us sick unfortunately. Lots of (crying) babies.
- Not so many spaces around the pool.

Spa and food was fabulous! Beautiful location.
A lot of the staff was coughing which ended up getting us sick unfortunately. Lots of (crying) babies.
Food was delicious and loved the building.
Not so many spaces around the pool.
Surrounded by beautiful nature and very remote, great restaurant & food
Very trendy&hip but not the luxury standard one would expect at this price point, we’ve stayed at similar places in Menorca which cost the same where rooms are much bigger & much more comfortable, basically overpriced for what it is. Pool water was annoyingly warm, we also had an unpleasant situation where a baby was in the pool completely naked, in order to not shame the mother as fellow guests we asked the bar staff to tell her she needs to put on swimming diapers, they laughed it off and said it wasn’t a problem :/ overall we had higher expectations of this place…
great breakfast - lovely surroundings / gardens
it was a little far from the sea and the nearest cove was rocky and not easy for swimming. It was an enjoyable walk to Son Bou (and back) and the sea /sand are lovely there but the resort itself is quite ugly.
Amazing facilities and interior design. It was my second stay and it was as comfortable and relaxing as the first time if not better as the staff was king enough to upgrade us
We had a very beautiful and spacious bedroom with great bed.
super beautifully equipped, great pool area, nice gardens, great concept
road to go there could be better maintained. food wasn’t as outstanding as the hotel.
This is our 3rd time to experimental menorca and always have a good experience. It’s a lovely designed and relaxing space.
Wear and tear is starting to show and for the price we expect more. It was still really enjoyable and you don’t feel out of place with a toddler which is nice.
Cool vibe and atmosphere Unique in style Young and fun
Service slightly let itself down at times!!!
The rooms were lovely. Spacious, comfortable, stylish. The little garden was a sweet addition. I had one of the best massages of my life with Fanny at the spa. She was so talented. Girls at reception were helpful and very nice. Breakfast offered a good selection, even though quite continental. Good location for exploring and a beautiful hike from the hotel to a rocky beach. Peaceful stay.
When you are paying almost £500 a night, you expect a certain type of service, but it was literally non existent. At the restaurant the staff behaved like the day couldn’t end fast enough. The pool bar was closed all 3 days we were there and noone to order drinks with unless you go to the main building. The pool area looks incredibly tired. The loungers are marked and dirty, towels are all miscoloured, beds rusty. Lunch menu was limited and after 2 days you are out of options. Doesn’t match the level of similar priced hotels or even other Experimental hotels.
Food was very good, there was a lot on offer at breakfast and we really enjoyed the lunch/dinner menu. The restaurant area is lovely out the back of the hotel and the main building is very beautiful. We upgraded to a room with a pool and felt those rooms were much nicer than the terrace suites and much more private. The restaurant staff were really nice, there were a few stars who were so friendly and helpful.
I felt for the price of the rooms there could have been more attention to detail in some areas. Small things like bringing round umbrellas to rooms when it rained, or a nice welcome drink on arrival would help to make it feel a bit more luxury. Housekeeping was a bit sporadic e.g sometimes they’d fold towels etc and other times they’d make the bed only, one time they took the bath mat and didn’t replace it. While the pool is lovely, I really didn’t like the only option being the lay flat cabanas, I felt it was design over practicality and comfort. To sit up you’d have to prop yourself up with loads of cushions. The beds and cushions also needed a bit of a clean and they were all quite crushed together.
Loved the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were spot on. Healthy and tasty. We stayed here 7 nights and had every meal at the hotel - we never got bored of eating here.Amazing vibe and super relaxing. Property is tastefully decorated.Staff are very nice (although some members lack experience).Great location from which to discover Menorca.Spa is amazing, make sure you book at least one treatment.
We were given the classic room (6) above the reception. It was a little noisy and the management should invest in sound proofing as you cannot charge 500e a night for guests to not have a peaceful night sleep.Staff need to be attentive to broken glass around the pool as it is an accident waiting to happen.
Beautiful design of architecture, room and gardensFriendly and attentive staffPeace and quiet even when pool was busy
Restaurant serves great food but not good value for money and wine is overpricedBar/pool drinks overpricedLack of communication between staff at dinner/breakfast
The property is adorable! The rooms are exactly what it looked like in the photos and very comfortable. I would say that the best thing about it is the staff! They are ALL extremely nice and always trying their best to achieve your needs. Would totally recommend!
Nothing!
Breakfast good, location great
I think a bigger bar outside the hotel with seating area, and maybe seating area/lounge inside hotel in case of bad weather, a little noisy in the main house for room 7, but otherwise a fantastic hotel.
location and interior design and the breakfast with great staff
