Location was great nestled between Mahon side and Ciutadella side of island. The reception services and cleaning staff very friendly. Stayed in the standard room with view. The room and surroundings were clean, comfortable bed, and great view. The beach was very pretty. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants with a grocery store across the street. Parking is $15/day but you might get some on the street. We didn't find first day but did find free parking 2nd and 3rd.

The strategic location, the price, the proximity to the beach, the staff, the quality of the hotel, the view from the balcony, the food of the buffet.

The queues at dinner time for the buffet. Should be organized in a different way to allow less queues. But we were always able to find a way to eat everything we wanted.

Great location, very friendly staff at reception, breakfast dinner restaurant and bars, always smiling, very professional service and big help when we needed something. Lovely food at breakfast and dinner. Very nice room with a brand new shower. Everything was good and we definitely will be back to this hotel!! Thank you.

Great hotel, excellent service, all the staff are polite and helpful. I got a complimentary champagne for my birthdays delivered to my room. The dinner was not great, so we only ate at hotel once, breakfast was good. Rooms are a little dated but clean, tidy with a great view of the beach. Would definitely return

Lifts were a bit hit & miss. Long wait on occasions especially at breakfast time.We were in building 2 so had a long walk to the pool via building 1.Would have liked a kettle in the room.

To crowded and noisy at breakfast time. Breakfast starts late (from 8 a.m.), so we missed it last day because of early flight.

The hotel is only around 20 minutes from the airport (we paid €30 taxi to hotel), right on the beach front, and a supermarket and several restaurants are a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a large swimming pool, with shade and sunbeds as required. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy, with very efficient room cleaning every morning.We had a couple of minor issues in our room (blown light bulb and a small issue with the shower) – both issues dealt with within minutes – and the reception staff, and bar staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times.We stayed for 4 nights – each evening there was different entertainment from 9.30pm. Every act was superb – highly professional and top quality. Probably the best hotel entertainment we have seen. Overall highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

The only criticism we had was the quality of food at breakfast (for dinner we ate out at the various restaurants nearby).

Great sea front position, pools are lovely too. Central to all bars and restaurants with a great supermarket across the road.

The location Is perfect, the swimming pool and facilities are excellent. Staff are super friendly & kind. The breakfast is good- I love that they have lots of choices & they have a small breakfast selection downstairs by the bar. We loved it and had a great holiday, thanks for everything :)

There is nothing good about the property. It’s shabby & in need of a full renovation. We nicknamed the hotel Alcatraz. It’s absolutely terrible!

It’s in need of a full renovation. The property is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The food was disgraceful. Infact nothing resembled food. We ate a boiled egg for breakfast as this was the safest option. Over processed rubbish that doesn’t even look like food! We ate out for breakfast, lunch & dinner for the duration of our stay. The rooms were like stepping back to 1980 & a shabby mess, plus extremely small.

Beach front location

Very expensive hotel and the amount is not justified by the quality of the facilities or the food. The hotel is very old and desperately needs a face lift. Rooms with stains, very little space and Aircon didn't seem to work efficiently. For that daily rate I would have expected much more.

location, comfortable room, toilette provided with bidet, superb seafront beach; very polite staff; nice pools; many activities for kids, arranged by hotel staff; free parking in the nearby, as well as bar/restaurants/markets in a walking distance.
