The lay out of the overall complex various buildings with some charm. Nice pool area with good staff at the place. Nice view at some buildings. The morning meal is very good and loaded with options. Nice and you can even eat outside.

Checking in could be much smother . There is no drive up or porter to help with baggage. The place is on a slope and there is always vehicles at the front parking area so this would be my first thing. Next is no internet.No phone in the room to call .

They cleaned the rooms daily. The pool on the premises were nice.

The restaurant on the premises had a high chair we wanted to borrow, so we asked the reception if we could use it the answer was no. The answer was no for a lot of things; even simple requests. Also, on our second night we decided to eat at the restaurant. We paid the bill then ordered a water. The generally gave us tickets after every order. They didn't give us a ticket for the water and we left. The waiter chased us out the door for the two euros. Even though we were there for another 5 nights and the water could have been charged to the room.

Friendly helpful staff.Meals - quality and convenience.

I'm sure I booked a twin-bedded room but we had only a double bed and a sofa bed. There were, apparently, very few twin bedded rooms (and none vacant).The only other gripe was the loud music played from the pool bar all afternoon. I complained to the bar staff but to no avail.

Expensive - no water in room, no basic amenities provided - very expensive in comparison to other hotels in this area. Rooms are very old and tired.

Started off nice when we were told about a free room upgrade only to find it’s the exact room we booked. Pictures were of the same room haha Air conditioning doesn’t work. Tried a different room and same thing. It’s archaic and no visible AC units,probably from the 90s, just vents in walls. Reception wouldn’t get anyone to check it out but instead said it is working so must be us and no maintenance is around either way. At check-out we heard others making the same complaint to reception so it wasn’t just us clearly. No way this is 4 star treatment. Pool only opens at 10am which is very late especially with an 11am check out time. No swim before breakfast that’s for sure.Rooster natural alarm clock isn’t optional so the 6am wake up time from a cookadoodle doo non-stop was not ideal when wanting to relax and sleep in on holiday. Counted 4 roosters by the parking area. HahaAll would be acceptable had we booked a 2 star agriturismo in the countryside but we didn’t so it isn’t.

the hotel is very family oriented, have a bus to go to the beach, also the apartments are very comfortable. The dinner experience was great too and super affordable. I will recommend to everybody.

Everything, it was perfect for our family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious, good size swimming pool, supermarket in the resort was very so convenient. Absolutely love our experience would come again and stay here

Spacious and comfortable, really friendly staff and great location not far from the beach.

Nice complex and clean. Buffet was good although service very slow for wine and stocking up of some of the food very slow.Nice grounds.

Check in late so nowadays it seems you're paying high price for not even 24hrs in a room

The overall design is very nice, with a series of central pools, which are of a very generous size. There is a nice bar by the pool and the staff are helpful and polite.

Noisy …. Grass cutting early in the morning g and regular suitcases being pulled round the pool made it a little annoying

The location is great, lots of space and the staff are friendly.

The room was classed as a superior room but had mould in the bathroom and a broken section in the fridge. The balcony had very basic facilities and was overlooked by other balcony’s. I paid a daily rate for 10 nights and my bedding was changed only once and one day we did not get housekeeping at all. I would expect it to be changed daily along with the towels or a discount should be applied.

Buffet was very good and the room is nice and big

Probably due to being end of season but didn't feel welcomed by the buffet manager. The shower really lets the room down. Really don't understand why this was so poor.

The garden, the swimming pool, the size of the apartment.

There was a strong smell in the apartment (humidity and sewer). The lift wasn't working. The general state of the apartment (broken tiles, chipped paint, stains on walls, wonky furniture).

Very spacious modern apartment in a quiet location. Hogh spec fittings, helpful staff and excellent breakfast Good sized pool

It is a 30 minute walk to main Son Bou area - nothing near to hotel
