Super friendly and very helpful staff, wonderful food and very comfortable room

Good location- a few minutes drive from the waterfall. Nice room and lobby, good restaurant in the facility.

Great location close to the waterfull and a nice view to the mountains. Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Full of moskitos!Curtains are not completly dark so the room is bright at sunrise.Breakfast is ok but not taking requests for eggs due to allergies ( lactose intollerance)

Friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We received a pass to the waterfall and a bus pass for the time of our stay included with our booking. Clean and comfortable room with a nice view.

Nice view on the east side, big parking place, bus station next to hotel, excellent breakfast, clean and confortable rooms, big and well equiped ski room, big jacuzzi outside, two sauna.

The wet part of the SPA area (inside) had some strange smell which should be investigated.

The facilities were in fact the best way of spending the evenings after long days in the snow.

We were not happy about the fact of the hotel facilities closing hours. Since everything was locked down after 10pm.

Last night someone was smoking and our room was full of smoke - that is disgusting. There is no wall in the bathroom - even if you do not find it awkward - this is noisy, you can not sleep, if other one in the bathroom.

Breakfast was perfect. Check-in was smoothly, even earlier than i expected.Coupons for visiting waterfalls were also a nice addition to stay.

The location of the shower in the hallway was a bit unexpected, which is not very convenient for families with teenagers

The view was gorgeous. Very nice warm water jacuzzi outside. Clean, modern room,very spacious with generous balcony. The staff very friendly and the chef great.

The whole experience with Krimml hotel was wonderful! We did not expect such a great view from beautiful hotel rooms. Additionaly there is wellness for free at the top of the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly! We'll definitely come back!!!

Good location close to Krimml waterfalls. Good breakfast and dinner at hotel. Good parking possibilities.

Odd/uncomfortable/ no privacy with an open bathroom/shower without walls… Especially when traveling w teenage boys /girls siblings…No food available in the hotel nor the village after 9 pm. Churchbells ringing a good while from six in the morning and every 15 minutes throughout the day…

Location was great, this place ticked most of the boxes, free Wi-Fi, parking, mountain view, breakfast inclusive.

Checkout at the reception was unfriendly, unwelcome. The lady at the reception should get some basic course in customer service, and hospitality. The rest of the hotel staff was nice and helpful; however, the checkout made the whole experience drop from ten stars to two.

The room was good and cozy. The price of the room included tickets to the waterfall and some water fun.

The bathtoom is in the middle of the room. People don't know english and everything is written in germany language.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. There is always a free and private parking spot for your car. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are replaced. It's clean, but you need to get used to the fact that the bathroom doesn't have enclosed walls. The breakfast is tasty and good. The administration is pleasant. There is a free washing machine available for use.

The location, the view, the surrounding area was all very nice

Lovely hotel in fantastic location, easy walk to the amazing waterfall. Large comfortable room. Enjoyed the roof top hot tub and sauna. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. We had a really brilliant stay
